We had major damage to our house from a hailstorm. Aspen not only took care of our repairs but also was an advocate for us with the insurance adjusters. They took care of any unsatisfactory work that was done by the contractors. We also appreciated having both roof and siding taken care of by one company.

Our Church in Independence Missouri was constructed in 1888; this is the church where President Harry S. Truman met his future wife. At that time of construction we had a slate roof and did so through the years until in the 1950’s when we had our 1st asphalt shingle roof put on, we have 2 steeples the tallest being about 130 ft. high. Aspen Roofing reroofed our church and steeples, this being the 1st time all thee shingles match. What a fantastic job they did, very through throughout. The superintend we had was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the work. They replaced the copper gutter, There was never any problem when we had a special service. The yard was kept clean, the material stacked and out of the way. I would give them very a high rating.

All of the issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manor. I am again well please with Aspen Contracting and will use them again if an occasion would arise.

We had Jeff McConnell with Aspen Contracting replace our roof, part of the siding, and gutters a couple years ago and the whole process was fantastic. From communication, scheduling, inspection, to guiding us through the insurance process, and the legitimate lifetime warranty on the new roof gives us peace of mind. My builder used Aspen for our new home build. We had multiple issues on our job, both from the builder and the contractor sides. Our roof was is full metal standing seam roof. Long story short, Aspen stood behind their work on a bad install, and reroofed the entire home in a different type of Standing Seam and with a different crew to ensure the end result was right. Roofers have a bad rap in the industry as strom chasers, but Aspen stood behind their product without question.

Aspen Contracting Inc. installed siding and gutter at my home. I have a new house and am very satisfied. The contractor was professional and worked with my insurance and got the job done. I am very satisfied and happy with their work.

I had a closing coming soon and needed some roof repairs immediately. Aspen was the only company in the area to respond right away. Someone was at the house the next day and the roof was repaired within the week. They were very attentive to my every need and the communication was great. They were extremely professional and courteous. I had never heard of Aspen but they treated me like I was a lifelong customer.

As I first stated there have been some issues, but I would 100 percent use Aspen again and refer to family and friends.

While doing our research, my wife and I were shocked at how many "roofers" run their business out of their basement, which is why Aspen Contracting was the clear choice. They are the largest in America and have an A+ national BBB rating. Nobody can beat their warranty. They cover labor and material for the life and protect the interior of our home. Who else does that? My experience was amazing. Our representative handled everything for us and they made insurance give us every penny we deserved. The crews were fast, clean and very nice. Our rep Trevor was out there during the build. They delivered on what they promised and so we are telling everyone we can. Call these guys.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Aspen. We dealt with Colby Cash. It was a great, easy and professional experience dealing with him. He detected considerable hail damage to the shingles due to a storm, and was very helpful in coordinating interactions with our insurance company. The work was completed in about 10 hours on one day by an excellent crew, in spite of a complicated and steep roof.

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is a professional company to do business with. Honesty and integrity were displayed throughout the project. I was kept informed at all stages of the roofing project. Cleanup was great and done immediately after completing the project. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. The price was comparable to other quotes I received for the roofing project.

Chrisliegh and Mario were wonderful throughout the entire process. Chrisleigh walked us through everything from the beginning of the replacement, to the type of material we chose, to follow-up. Mario took care of the entire installation process and managed every detail to our satisfaction. Our house looks so much better and their work is outstanding. I'm recommending them to everyone in our neighborhood and I'm having Aspen give me a quote to replace our gutters. Fantastic group!

From the start to finish I was very comfortable working with aspen.
Tom tengwall was a great person to work with. He kept me informed and made everything go according to plan.
The best part of it all is that once the ball got rolling it was only a couple weeks and my house and garage were completed. Even with all the roofs that needed to be done after the storm.
The roofers were pleasant and understanding and did an excellent job, And quickly, which is a 5 star in my book.
I will definitely recommend Aspen to people that need any roofing done.

Customer service really shines when things don't go as planned. Drew was our project manager, and he was amazing at dealing with adversity and making things very easy for us.

Our insurance company wasn't being very cooperative, but thanks to Drew, he worked with their adjusters to prove to them the work that needed to be done, and faced with all the evidence, the insurance company relented and finally agreed to pay what was required to.fix the house. No more, and no less. Drew was extremely honest about his assessment of the damage to the house. He didn't try to oversell or inflate the costs. It was Drew's integrity that confirmed that Aspen was the right choice.

On to the repairs: our damage to the house was caused by a huge hail storm which left virtually all of the houses in my neighborhood damaged. Aspen had the first crews on the ground and had completed several houses before other companies had even started. Due to our insurance issues, we were pretty far down the queue, but Drew kept us updated. We watched as other companies dropped of materials and had them sit for weeks in driveways before crews came to work on houses, and then take several days to finish the repairs. While Aspen would drop off materials the night before and have crews onsite bright and early with the new roof finished by the end of the day.

For our house, webjsd roofing, siding and gutter repair work. The roofing and siding work was phenomonal. They worked very quickly, and were finished in a day. There was a piece of siding that was out of place, but not storm related and I was hoping to ask if they could fix it for me, but when I got home, I noticed that they had seen it as well and had already fixed it.

The gutter crew is where things got a little dicey. The work was just not very high quality. I called Drew, and he was there the very next day to take a look. He noticed more than we did and had a crew out a day later to fix everything. Dealing with this, Drew personified the definition of what customer service should be.

In the end, our house looks beautiful again, and we could not be happier with the work done by Aspen.
