Very friendly professional service! I have dropped my work uniforms here every other week since the summer of 2014 and they are always well cleaned, pressed, and hung. I am a technician with work slacks like jeans and button down shirts. I have also used them for personal items like coats and some of my wife's dresses. They have always taken very good care of my clothing.

I used Quality Laundry Professionals several years ago and they always did a good job. I recently returned to the Kansas City area and not as close to Quality Laundry Professionals anymore but it is worth the drive. Friendly service, fantastic prices and speedy service.

Good service here. Took grandma's feather tic in for cleaning. Owner admitted it wasn't easy: "I treated the spots 4 times. Most came out. The few spots left are lighter. And I guarantee it's absolutely clean." I believe him--that's personal service.

Fast service and didn't make the colors bleed on my bedspread. Friendly staff

The work is exceptional. My jeans were lightly starched and my shirt button was repaired. The work is GOOD. I just haven't made piece with the price yet. Maybe I will figure out if they a special on certain days.

I took my maroon leather gloves in to be cleaned and when I picked them up, they were terribly discolored and the leather on the fingers were destroyed. When I asked the lady, she said because there was a stain and they worked hard to get the stain out, uh, yes, they also destroyed and discolored the leather! My gloves were touch screen compatible and now since the fingers were destroyed, they would never work again. I end up purchase a new pair of gloves. When I was asking for a refund, the lady said she was not the specialist who did my gloves and I need to call them sometime later. Be careful with this place!

Took my fairly newcomforter to be washed, it was too big for my washer at home. When I got it home there was a very noticable hole the size of a half dollar. I called and told them about the hole and first they said there was a stain there. I explained that I have only had this comforter for a short period and I would have noticed a stain (I'm a clean freak). Then she said the hole was already there. Why wouldn't they have said "there was a preexisting hole in your comforter" when I came to pick it up? They just let me take it home to figure it out on my own? And she kept repeating "we get comforters with stains and holes all the time". Great, but most of those probably aren't only 2 week old, $150 comforters.
AND when I got the comforter home, it was still partially wet.
I would NOT recommend this "business".

Very rude, unprofessional service. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this place.
