I absolutely love them , they made me feel 100% comfortable with my dog in their care , and answer all my questions and concerns and I will continue to go here , these guys deserve a raise , they are the best I have found in Missouri!!! And I just wanna say Thank you for taking care of my baby he is doing so good 💖🌹🌹 his dad is taking very good care of his boy too

Hidden valley allowed me to bring all 5 of my pets (3 cats, 2 dogs) at once, super convenient! They were so patient with all the different personalities, great at explaining my pets medical needs, understanding of my finances, so friendly, and just overall amazing! I’ve tried several different vet clinics in the metro, but hidden valley has been one of my favorites. Thanks for making my pets health so easy!

We were so happy with the staff and Dr when we took our girl in for urgent care. They were kind and compassionate when they helped and very gentle. They evaluated her quickly and gave us some options for treatment and lots of prep for what to expect and potential outcomes.

I was late to my appointment but I called and they were very understanding and still saw my pup! They were very friendly and amazing to my pup as well and I love how fast and easy the appointment was. Dr. Amanda Shaffer was calm and so sweet to my dog and she listened to all my concerns! Such an amazing experience.

I was recently a new patient. Honestly, I only went here because it’s the only vet in the area that takes my insurance and I was a little hesitant to go because I had to take my deceased dog to this clinic about five years ago and the staff was very rude about the fact I couldn’t keep his ashes. However, it seems that the people who work there now are not the same because I was met with nothing but compassion and understanding about the current situation with my new dog. They didn’t shame me about her weight which is only 2 pounds over anyway and they didn’t make me feel bad about how much she barked. Dr. Amanda and her team are lovely!! Winnie and I will be happy to go back knowing we’re in such good hands.

Came to Hidden Valley animal Hospital after my vet could not work my cat in when he could not urinate (on a Thursday 11:00am). My vet had no openings on that Thursday, Friday or Saturday to see my cat, suggested Urgent Care for this emergency. Called Hidden Valley and they worked me in within 2 hours. Catheterized, ultrasound, bloodwork drawn and medication given to make him happy again. Grateful for the speed and care given to me and my cat. Hidden Valley Animal Hospital has won us over and will be our vet going forward!!! Thank you! Thank You!!

Every staff member I met was fantastic and very nice. My babies love them. I came in on an emergency basis. I'm a resident of the state of Michigan and my baby was able to be seen and treated all within 1 hour. These people are great. I trust them very much and I highly recommend them

Our Sweet Girl came in for her annual check up and from entering front door to exam room, we not only had a rockstar technician but new to the team Dr May. This crew was ready and willing to sit on the floor and take their time with our puppers as she could not contain her excitement of being at Hidden Valley. They were playful and patient as they waited out all the greetings Frankie had for them. Took their time in growing relationship, as well as, answering all questions and concerns. Hidden Valley also offers a rewards program, points earned can be applied towards services. Ours points were saved and then applied towards the cost of the office visit!! Yes, thank you pleased!!

We LOVE this place! The staff always greets us with a smile and is genuinely pleased to see our fur babies. They provide quality care to our pets and give us honest opinions regarding possibly needed procedures. If they feel they are not experienced enough to perform a particular surgery, they refer us to someone they feel confident can handle the situation. Prices are reasonable, but the staff more than makes up for any necessary increase in their rates.

We take our cat to Hidden Valley for all her medical and grooming needs. They are always very forthcoming and do an amazing job giving her a lion cut for summer!

I had to put best friend down yesterday and it was incredibly hard for me. The staff at Hidden Valley was amazing they allowed me all the time I needed before making my final decision. They were so compassionate and understanding. Considering the circumstances... It couldn't have gone any better.

Really had a great experience at Hidden Valley. More importantly, my good buddy Cooper had a great time. They did a fantastic job and Lauren became his new best friend. Will definitely be a return customer.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about cats and dogs. Everly and Titus had their pets checked out for any health issues, scuba Steve the cat we found out he had been a Feral cat he has a notch in his ear, other wise he’s good to go. And Bubba the dog is a little too heavy other than that it’s all good. They are so loving and caring that you feel like an old friend talking to them and thy They honestly care about your pet. Needed an appointment for 2 kitty's and no one around me would do both at the same time.
Finally got a referral from a vets clinic and got a same day visit.
Dr. May was very through and was able to calm our fears and put us in a good path for our fur pals .
I also extremely happy that they have plans for fixed income.
I recommend them for ur pets.

Our vet had retired and we needed a new place to take care of our dog. So glad to find Hidden Valley, every person there was friendly and professional. My pup was very comfortable because he was treated so well.

I was a new client who had 2 dogs with me and recently lost a dog. So I was very sensitive/emotional. They were very patient with my dogs and with answering my questions and concerns. They helped by going over pricing a couple times and gave me a quote on further work that I should take care of to keep my furbabies healthy. I really felt like my dogs were in good hands.

Hidden Valley Groomers did an excellent job with our exuberant 1yr old Labradoodle puppy. His groomer was Kelly. She left no details; she even cleaned out his ears. The staff was also quick to get us scheduled and professional at drop-off. The rate was also fair for an enthusiastic dog over 70lbs.

We brought our dog in to this clinic for an emergency needing stitches & were provided the absolute best care. Staff was amazing and they took really good care of our pet.

Was referred to Hidden Valley by my vet that they did mon/tues walk-ins when I couldn’t get to my regular clinic. Staff was super friendly towards both pets and customers. Despite being a walk-in I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them as a clinic to go to for urgent non-emergency care and I will be going back if the need arises in the future.
