Dr Meg is wonderful! I've never had children, so I didn't understand why I was sent to Empower Your Pelvis by my GI doctor. Now I know. She's helped so much and I just enjoy seeing her. She's very knowledgeable and is interested in my past and how it's affecting my health now. I'd recommend her to anyone - men and women.

I enjoyed meeting Meg today for my first therapy appointment. She was very kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, as well as taking the time to explain things in a manner I could understand. I look forward to my next therapy appointments with her and learning more about what I can do at home to help myself during this process. I'm confident Meg will be able to help me alleviate some of, if not all, my pelvic issues.

Meg has been so helpful after my second C-section. My scar was causing lots of pain, there were residual internal issues from endometriosis, and overall discomfort were all issues helped by a few visits with her. Very thankful for Empower your pelvis.

I have a lot of pelvic floor problems, both from childbirth and sexual trauma.

The staff at Empower Your Pelvis are all very kind and helpful.

With Meg’s knowledgeable and compassionate help, over the past few months, I have made great strides towards achieving a healthy pelvic floor and healing from my trauma.

I've had appointments with Alyssa and Meg, and both have been professional, very knowledgeable and helpful . They are thoroughly conscientious concerning matters of consent, and very personable in their approaches. Both Alyssa and Meg made certain I have been comfortable with the examinations necessary for the therapy, which is so important for any success, and they have been clear in instruction so I feel I have good guidelines for making progress at home.

My therapist was Alyssa. She was very knowledgeable & professional. She really listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend her if you're in need of PT.

Also, would like to compliment this business on their receptionist Jacqueline.
What a bright ray of sunshine she is when greeting you. She was very helpful & even remembered my name each time I came for my appt!

What an asset these ladies are to this business!

Alyssa was my therapist and did so much to help me with preparing for the birth of my second child. Unfortunately, I haven’t been back for postpartum visits and won’t be able to for now due to OON status with BCBS, but in the future once life becomes a bit more manageable, I would love to come back! Totally worth the money, my labor and delivery AND immediate recovery was about as perfect as you could ask for. I really believe if I didn’t get the referral to come here that I would have had a much tougher time overall. I’m so thankful for you all, thank you so much!!

I was referred for Pelvic Floor Therapy by my Midwife and I am so glad I went! Jill was super helpful and informative leading up to my appointment. Having not done something like this, before, I had a lot of questions. Morgan was fantastic, she spent time listening to my concerns and really got down to details about my body I had no idea could be related to my pelvic floor. She thoroughly explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. I think with Doctors, especially in this area, creating such a safe space to feel comfortable is important and Empower Your Pelvis knows exactly what they’re doing! So happy to have found them!

Highly recommend Empower your pelvis if you are pregnant or postpartum! Doesn’t matter how you deliver baby, they will help you! I went after both of my babies and they helped with multiple things. Michaela also really helped me use my core properly which has helped my low back pain (which I had before babies). I couldn’t recommend her and EYP enough!

Dr. Morgan Clark is great! We started therapy between my first born and second pregnancy and plan to continue after the second is born. She has so many different methods (dry needling, cupping, massage, stretching, mobility exercises, etc) available to help with my lower back/hip/SI joint pain and/or pelvic floor issues. Morgan gives you a personalized email full of advice, exercises and stretches to do on your own in between appointments as well. She has been flexible with my appointment timing and not pushy about coming so often that it doesn’t fit my life schedule! She has great, professional bedside manner and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable in any way! I highly recommend Empower your Pelvis and Dr. Morgan Clark for physical therapy!

I have learned so much from Morgan about my pelvic floor, what it does and how to help it work better! Ive had issues with my bladder for a couple years, and until my Dr recommended Empower Your Pelvis, I never knew they could be improved with therapy! I adore Morgan and she’s so patient and kind with me! Have mentioned my great experience to several friends dealing with similar issues!!

6 week pp I got the "clear" from my OB to continue doing regular activity. As time went on I knew something was wrong down there, but my OB said everything looked fine. It wasn't until my chiropractors at Premier Family Chiropractic recommended me to go see a Pelvic PT and my oh my I am so grateful for Morgan! She LISTENED to what I had to say, she understood what I was going through was definitely common but NOT normal. I felt HEARD! Morgan walked me through exercises that I needed to do at home that will help me with my pelvic pain and I am so happy to report 12 months later after baby I feel great! I couldn't recommend Morgan enough- she was so awesome and so sweet!

Game-changer! Amanda and her team are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. I’ve been to her for pelvic pain during sex and twice postpartum. Worth every penny and I pay out of pocket! Every woman should see a pelvic floor PT at least once for education regarding a healthy pelvic floor if nothing else!

Empower Your Pelvis is a great place for physical therapy for men who have tailbone or hip issues particularly. It is also great for women. Thoughtful and caring and professional therapists whose aim is to address the issue, not just mask it. I would highly recommend. Dr. Amanda Fisher is the best. I have also seen two others there and they were great too.

This team of pelvic floor therapists and administrative professionals are truly top notch. I had the privilege of receiving therapy from Heather Evans for two years to treat a complex and painful condition. Her extensive knowledge, gentle but highly effective technique, supportive encouragement, stellar communication, and resourcefulness are unsurpassed. I expected to feel awkward or uncomfortable at some point, but I never did. Heather genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to research and employ a variety of approaches and options. She is an incredibly talented physical therapist and an equally terrific person.

During the few times I needed to get in when Heather wasn’t available, I had the pleasure of working with Morgan, Marin, and Erica. They were also awesome in skill, understanding, sensitivity, knowledge and personality. And Maria and Blaire provide outstanding office management and organization while being warm, kind and just as easy to connect with. I never had a problem with insurance issues, and every effort was made to accommodate my scheduling needs.

I have become a firm believer in pelvic floor physical therapy, but only with real deal practitioners, and these women are it.

Morgan Clark PT,DPT is great. She helped me while pregnant manage pain caused by my growing/changing body and her dry needling literally kept me walking toward the end of my pregnancy. She is very easy to communicate with and checks in to make sure you’re feeling well. I recommend everyone see a pelvic floor therapist before/after baby even if you think you don’t have any “issues”— she helped assess if there were any concerns that I needed to keep an eye on and made sure I had the correct movement patterns to help me excel during my upcoming delivery.
