John Tytla handled my case from start to finish. He was very thorough, did an excellent job of spotting items that needed to be repaired for the appraiser, and responded quickly when I called. The subcontractors did very good work as well. Overall, a terrific though stressful experience (main point of stress was dealing with the insurance company, but John was very helpful there as well). Highly recommend!

I’ll start by saying this is the first review I’ve ever written but I feel Manning is deserving. This company is spot on with their communication of the process, knowledge and installation of the product and handling of insurance procedures. They are true professionals that listened, explained and addressed all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. The project manager was there to setup the crew in the morning till dusk as the crews left. The only remnant of installation day was the new roof as the yard was cleaned and looked as if they had never been there. Their knowledge and handling of the insurance claim was instrumental in ensuring replacement instead of just repairing of the roof. Amazingly they even found errors in the insurance companies’ calculations and brought to our attention to ensure this was rectified. I highly recommend this company and couldn’t be happier with the people, product and installation.

Brian was very accommodating to my request, and definitely went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me out. Very knowledgeable about my roof and the condition. Most importantly, he gave me an honest assessment of the roof's condition and didn't try to upsell. Manning and Brian will definitely be my first call for any of my roofing needs going forward.

I worked with John from Manning General Contractors to install new windows in my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting me with navigating insurance approval, ordering windows and installation. John is an excellent communicator and kept me informed throughout the entire process, from our first consultation appointment all the way through to completion of the job. After my first appointment with John, I was confident I had chosen the right person for the job. John was easy to work with and he was present on the job site making sure installation went as planned. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new windows. Manning General Contractors are the best contractor we have ever worked with. John the project manager, actually answered every call, email and text. I must say that we were impressed. As project manager I can only imagine the amount of phone calls from customers, vendors and insurance adjusters he gets throughout the day.
Everything looks really nice and all roofing and gutter technicians were very courteous and neat with their work.
We had a hard time with our insurance company to replace the roof and gutters even though the hail damage was well past what an insurance company allows for roof replacement. The first company we called out was too timid with the insurance company, so I called Manning. John came to our house took a lot of pictures. The owner of Manning saw the pictures of the damage and had to come look at it himself because he couldn't believe the insurance company wouldn't cover it from looking at the pictures. Well, he told us that the roof and gutters need to be replaced, don't give up. Thank you Bryan (CEO)! WE would also like to say thank you to Jimmy in the office. You were also very helpful.

Thanks to a hail storm event, I needed repairs to my home and Manning took on the project. To make it worse, I was in the middle of a cross country move. Manning did a great job with the repairs. Constant communication with calls, texts and e-mails. They dealt with the insurance adjuster to get the repairs approved and checks issued. Well documented with photo's from start to finish and available through a web portal designed just for me and the project. A job well done and thankfully I didn't have to be present on site. Use Manning General Contractors and you will be pleased.

The owner and his crew are fantastic. The owner worked with our insurance company to get the best coverage for us. We had our roof replaced due to storm damages. Response times were quick. They communicated clearly and precisely. They were on time and did excellent work. The crew even left our front and back yards cleaner than before they came.. I recently had my roof inspected by John and I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He also pointed out some areas of concern that I would not have noticed on my own.

Manning Roofing recently replaced our roof. Having not gone through storm damage like this, I was amazed at how fast and professional this company was in responding to my call.
First, I spoke with Jimmy, and he had them out within hours of my call for help. Brian, the project manager went over and beyond. He spent over an hour walking on my roof and our property, marking every item that needed attention. He took pictures and explained to me all of the items.
After getting my claim approved, they were out the next day and the whole roof was done, everything was cleaned up and all that was left for me to see was my beautiful new roof.
This company explained everything to me, both Jimmy and Brian kept me informed of what was going on and I was relieved that they handled everything.

I had a crisis when an animal ate a hole in my roof and when a bad storm came....the inside flooding had my kitchen ceiling cave in. My real estate agent referred Manning Roofing. John Tytla was at my house in 3 hours and sealed my roof so no additional damage would happen. John did a fantastic job helping me negotiate with my insurance auditor. Manning replaced my roof (fantastic job); replaced my gutters; repaired the kitchen and repainted the interior. They did a GREAT JOB on all of it. I ended up using them to repaint my exterior. I highly recommend them to you...especially John Title!
