Went in today and got my haircut by Ashlyn. I am NEVER a person that trusts a salon with my hair due to countless bad experiences. HOWEVER I have found my new hair stylist. Beyond happy with my hair I was able to tell her in minimal detail what I wanted and it came out perfect! Jaide is Amazing! If you want feed in braids I’m telling you she’s your girl. My braids came out better than I could have imagined, and for me the process didn’t hurt either. Everyone in there was super friendly, and I loved that Jaide was just as excited to do my braids as I was to get them done!! Also I’ve been kinda terrified of the thought of ever dying my hair again but I can tell in the future if I plan to dye my hair this is for sure the place I will go!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!! 10/10 recommend!

My stylist Hannah McGeorge has been coloring, cutting and styling my hair and brows for 3+ years! I followed her from her first salon to her current salon in Blue Springs ((Evolve Salon)). She’s worth the hour drive for me because she always does what I ask and goes above and beyond to not only give me a great look but continues to keep my hair healthy and happy! We have a very good client to stylist relationship my hair is very thin and breaks easy but Hannah has always done an excellent job of giving me the right cut to keep me looking voluminous! She always starts off feeling my hair quality and talking to me one on one with what my thoughts and wants are and like magic she makes them happen in the mirror! Her shampoos are incredibly relaxing after my long work weeks and she always takes the time to give a good scalp massage. The atmosphere at Evolve is very forward moving and ever changing to be ahead of the hair world and Hannah is in my opinion one of their leading stylists. Oh and of course the conversations with her and anyone else in the salon are always the best! So if you’re looking for something outside of generic call Hannah- you won’t be disappointed!
My usual is blondes which she does amazing with blonde-ing but my latest transformation (4.15.23) to cinnamon has been my most satisfying color and cut to date!!

Hannah does amazing work on my hair every single time! She’s always open to listening to your ideas, and will go above and beyond to give you what you want. Hannah will treat your hair with care and she does an excellent job at answering any questions you may have. She’s 100% worth the long drive I make to Evolve and I will always recommend her!

Having moved recently to the Blue Springs area from out of state, finding a new hairdresser was a priority. Thankfully I found Jessica at EVOLVE hair salon! It is a 5 star experience from beginning to end. From the moment you enter the salon you are welcomed and attended to. The staff is warm and friendly, as well as professional. My stylist, Jessica, is top notch! She takes her time and thoughtfully asks questions to make sure she understands you. I leave the salon feeling beautiful and happy. My stylist Hannah Mcgeorge is probably the greatest stylist out there. I have been with her since the first salon she worked at to now (at evolve) she can and has done anything and everything i have asked when it comes to my hair and it always turns out so much better than i couldve ever hoped for. The drive is well worth it not only for the amazing stylist she is but the atmosphere you get when you go into the salon! There will never be another stylist that suits me better!

I recently started seeing Dani. She colored and styled my hair for me and did an absolutely amazing job. I have dark hair and she took the time and care to make sure the hair dye didn't stain my skin. She gives one of the best scalp massages ever and is the epitome of pampering and top notch customer service! The salon is very clean, well decorated and full of friendly and kind people. Dani really did an amazing job and you can tell from the other reviews that I am telling the truth. She is one of the best hair stylists I have ever had and I would recommend her to anyone. It's so nice to know you have a hair stylist that does an amazing job and goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy! I highly recommend!

If you want a stylist that can help determine a good style for you and even learn you and what fits your personality best, then Evolve is the place to go. I gave up on having shorter hair for years because other attempts never produced a cut I liked. Thanks to Evolve it’s been short for a year now and Hannah seems to perfect it even more each visit. My most recent visit I told her I was thinking even shorter for summer but had no clue on style. I gave her free reign to try whatever she thought would look good and to say she exceeded expectations is an understatement. I cannot recommend Hannah and the rest of the Evolve team enough.

Awesome experience for a first time cut and color. I went from hair past my shoulders to a pixie cut and they nailed it better than any stylist I've had in the past. Super friendly, awesome staff that wants you to love your hair. ❤

I recently moved to Blue Springs and am always nervous about finding a new hair salon. This was the first time I have ever left a salon 100% happy. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The whole team were such hype girls. Jaide cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and styled it to perfection. I’ve found my new favorite salon.

I'd been on the search for a new hairdresser for approx a year and a half to 2 years, with several BAD cuts. I'd find someone decent, then I'd get a bad cut. I winged it going to Evolve, I took whoever they could get me in with to fix the latest awful chop job. I landed with Danielle and I could not be happier! She listened and saw the same things I disliked with my cut, offered her suggestions and gave me an excellent cut! So I checked out her Instagram and decided to trust her to color my hair for the first time in years! Again, she listened, and then she slayed it!! I absolutely LOVE it and I've gotten SO many compliments, and then repeat compliments from some of the same people. People mention how natural and sun-kissed it looks, and that's exactly what I asked for and exactly what she delivered.

Danielle is in her element! She listens, focuses and executes with precision. I am so happy to have found her and have already recommended a few friends!

Additionally, the teamwork and camaraderie at this salon is so nice! Everyone offers to help each other and tag team when things get busy. It's just a really nice, welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

Today was my second trip to Evolve! I love the way they do things here, you get lots of attention from the moment you walk in. The stylists all like each other and work to help and support each other. Danielle is awesome! Love what she does with my color and cuts. Couldn’t be happier! This is absolutely my salon from here on out! Thank you Danielle!!!

I have been going here for quite a few years and the service is top notch. Recently I purchased a product of new shampoo / conditioner for frizzy hair and a curling iron . The price was $125. Seems like a lot but if you price products it was a steal. The curling iron is like nothing I have ever had. It smooths my hair and keeps it smooth all day. Check them out. You will be blessed with great hair

I always feel so pampered at this salon. Dani is my colorist and always does an amazing job, highly recommend! Danielle cuts my hair and gave me the curtain bangs I didn't know I needed. Maddy gives the best head massages 💆‍♀ and styled my new bangs so cute! These woman are amazing at what they do!

Hannah McGeorge is amazing !! Always has the best costumer service and is always a joy to be around! She is honest with her work and has always done everything I have asked for! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and really outdid herself! Definitely recommend her always! As for the rest of the salon is always a great environment and everyone is so attentive and friendly!

The owner, Justin, has put a lot of work into creating an environment that allows lucky goers to experience a “Queen” like setting from the moment you enter until the second you exit. That’s what I felt like, anyway. Jeremy Rogers is their expert in hair color, highlights and shadowing. He meticulously chooses the correct color after taking a long look at your hair, examines it, and gathers information based on your needs, wants, and desires. His #1 goal is to make you go “wow” at the end of the service. He takes his time. I never felt rushed. And at Evolve, they never “double book” you with someone else to gain more money. He confirmed that the time a client reserves for service, that time belongs to you and no one else. What a refreshing, and appreciated attitude! LOVED IT!!! AND THE RESULTS OF MY COLOR WAS MAGNIFICENT!

Time for wash, cut and blow dry: The shampoo experience was something to write home about! It was ooooh so good! Tranquil lighting, soft/relaxing music, and a head massage like you wouldn’t believe. Alanna McGeachy was the service expert for this part. She’s a Senior Hairdresser with highly refined people skills. She tenderly assesses my hair section by section then in a separate interview, determines the “method of attack”. When finished, my head looked like a work of art! Truly, my hair was healthy looking, perfectly shaped, and I was wearing a smile from ear to ear! Job well done, Alanna!
Price: Okay, let’s face it, “You get what you pay for.” I’ve been t o Super Cuts. HATED IT. And I’ve been to mid-priced salons. Better, but not always happy. Now EVOLVE. Any ya know what? NO OTHER SALON DESERVES MY HARD-EARNED MONEY LIKE EVOLVE HAS. And because they promise you’ll love their work, I have no reason to doubt that promise.

Jessica Guillermo was so amazing and patient with me. My hair was in bad shape after chemotherapy and regrowth being thin and different layers. I showed her what I wanted and she went above and beyond my expectations. The hospitality and customer service from everyone was great. The price is so awesome. You definitely get your bang for your buck. I will no longer go anywhere else. I'm planning on going back 3 times in the near future for some upcoming big events and bringing family and friends. Maddy West did a spectacular job with my highlights. She was knowledgeable and talked me through what colors and steps were needed to get the results I wanted. The final result was even better than my inspiration photos! I highly recommend this salon and Maddy.

Jessica is hands down an angel here on Earth. Evolve is the best salon. I posted on Facebook looking for a new salon to go to & Jessica reached out. From the first message I got great vibes and made the appointment with her for 2 days later. When I arrived at Evolve for the appointment I was immediately greeted and welcomed, and felt comfortable. It’s always nerve wracking going to a new hairstylist but from the moment I sat in Jessica’s chair I knew I made the right choice. She helped me choose what I wanted to do to my hair asking very detailed questions and giving ideas I hadn’t even thought of. The entire time while getting my hair done I felt I knew Jessica my whole life. Conversation was so easy and relaxed, I opened up right away and just overall had the best experience. The end result was hair I am absolutely in love with, boosting my self confidence. I don’t think I’ve ever truly loved my hair like this! Every stylist I talked with was sweet and welcoming as well as the owner! I felt like I had been a client of the salon for years. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back!
