Norma's Husband, Don, has been amazing! I've gone here for 2 years since a friend recommended them, and I'm so grateful. Last year, I had taxes for 4 different states and Don has made sure to follow up on the results of last year to make sure everything was processed correctly. Love this family company!!!

We have been going to Normas for 24 years. She has been absolutely AMAZING! This was the 1st I filed after loosing my husband to cancer. I can't even begin to express how much we love going to Norma! We have been customers of hers for 14+ years and will never use anyone else! My mother has been going to her for as long as I can remember and went to her mother Alda before that. They definitely provide the best customer service. Anytime during the year if I have a question I can call Norma and she will get me the answer no matter how busy she is. She has always taken a vested interested in us as a family and we truly consider her a family friend not just our accountant! Last year I dropped my taxes off and specifically asked for Norma to complete them, unfortunately, when I picked our taxes up I realized that another accountant had taken my taxes without Norma's consent and prepared them. We were not happy since we have always used Norma and we have a trusting relationship with her. I called the next day because I was very displeased to see someone else prepared our taxes. Norma was extremely apologetic and went out of her way to put me at ease. We just had our taxes done last night for 2016 and, as always, it was an excellent experience. Norma also showed us the urgent note she has in our file to ensure nobody else will ever prepare our taxes without our consent which we were very happy to see. I will never ever use H&R Block ever again they flat out lied to me over and over that they filed my taxes and the rude manager turned out not to be able to work their software correctly.

I really cannot say enough about this office and it's staff. This is my second year using their services. I have terrible anxiety, and spend most of my year worrying about how my taxes are going to turn out and I am late getting them in to be done. From the moment I walked in this year, Pam could absolutely see my distress. She quickly took care of me and was so amazingly kind. There is nothing like good customer service that stretches far beyond just tax preparation. I am so grateful for them and the neighbor of mine that suggested them last year.

I cannot say enough about the service that Norma provides. She's done my taxes for as long as I can remember. We moved to Florida in October 2015 and I made the mistake of finding someone local to do my taxes. I contacted Norma after both my parents and my husband and I had issues with our local tax company. Not only did Norma gladly review my taxes, but found an almost $1800 mistake. She is amazing at what she does and makes you feel so welcome, just like family. Needless to say I will NEVER make the mistake of going to anyone else for my taxes.

The entire staff was very friendly both on the phone and in person. They were able to get my taxes processed 4 days before the "big" day! They even gave out free cupcakes the day I signed my taxes--what a nice gesture/touch! Extremely pleased with Norma's tax service! Will be going back next year!

We started going to Norma when she was working with her Mom over 20 years ago. Everyone there is extremely friendly and Norma is thre best and treats us like family.

I was there today for the first time and I’m not going to lie I was very skeptical and kinda scared to use Norman Tax service but the lady upfront was very helpful and truthful about fees, everything something about her made me take the risk. I left at first and came back and I don’t regret it. They did a wonderful job with my taxes!! . Let’s just say that I be back next year ! Next couple decades. I’m only 20 years old :)
