Thrilled with service and personal touch!! I went to Lyall and his staff for the first time of really starting to look at my investments and future. Lyall meet with me and explained, in detail, the plan the thought would be best for my future. He also took the time to review my budget and suggested ways to help myself in the short term. Cindy is also very knowledgeable and friendly. They've always answered my questions and helped with all of my financial needs.

I couldn't be more disappointed in the quality of tax preparation or the unprofessionalism exhibited by Lyall Friedline. On tax preparation, for two years in a row their assistant did not copy our FM 1095-A which resulted in letters from the IRS both years. The first year was over a $1200 mistake. The second year my wife visited the office with the IRS letter. Lyall and his relative were out on vacation. When Lyall called back the next week, he accused my wife of threatening them based on words his assistant said and instructed her to never come to the office again and refused to address the IRS letter. His relative Jason continued the unprofessional attitude by indicating we were at fault for the mistake of his assistant not copying the form. The unprofessional and aggressive behavior resulted in us handling the IRS letter ourselves despite them preparing our taxes. Utilize them at your own risk.

Our experience is similar to the other reviews listed here. We were using this company to help prepare for retirement and decrease our federal income tax burden. Yeh that's a joke! This company and and their "help" has cost us over $6500.00 in taxes due to IRS this year. They haven't returned our calls to discuss this issue, apologize or anything else. Chicken Sh--s. Wrong social security numbers, reporting tax payments we knew nothing about and did not make just a couple of examples.
Best advice I can give is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Without getting into boring detail, don't use this place. Lyle whom I'm told is the owner has no backbone. Left me hanging because i asked to file an extension, SERIOUSLY that's all. Had one of his assistance explain to me it's cause they all have other jobs besides this. A college degree for a part time job, he must be doing things right.
