Been with this lovely Christian lady and her Realty for 5 years. I love my home, the company and Mz Julie💜

This company was so unprofessional and disorganized.

When I rented with them I reached out to them probably 20X to tell them my electric bill was over 1000$. It turned out there was a faulty appliance sucking up all the power. It took them 3+ months to fix the problem = over 3k in bills for a tiny house. I had to call basically everyday for the time to make sure they were doing something to rectify this issue.

I reached out to this company to retrieve some information on when I rented with them and they were unable to provide the information telling me I would need to provide the address and the time spent in the residence. as this was about 6 years ago- I didn't live in this location long as this company was terrible. Unfortunately the information I had on this was lost in a move and I figured they would be able to assist. but they were rude when I tried explaining the situation.

If I could rate this company -5 I would. I would not recommend them to anyone.
