Ridgewood Donuts

I’ve been wanting to try this donut shop for close to 10 years and now I’m kicking myself for not doing so much earlier! I got the German chocolate, strawberry crunch, and a regular glazed the other day and everything was soooo yummy. Will definitely be coming back.

Always good donuts from this place. Alot of the donuts taste exactly the same as when I was a kid. In fact, Ridgewood was my very first job when I was 14..I ran the register and helped customers. Awesome experience for a kid I must say.. but anyway. All the donuts were fresh and fairly priced. I'll be coming back again and again.

Seriously one of my favorite places to get donuts. We’ve been going here since we were kids. Get there early on the weekends or you’ll miss out!

AMAZING donuts! And such a great price. The mocha and old fashioneds are the best I've had. Next time, I think I will try the banana split (I love the ice cream and the donut looks really good). They even have a tree that they decorate with the seasons... Sorry for the late Easter pic

Of all the donuts shops I have patronized I have to say, this is my favorite. Outstanding donuts and friendly employees. Their Bavarian cream filled Bismark is the best I have ever had.

I have lived literally steps from the Doughnut shop for a year and today is my first time trying them. Delicious!! Oh hope that I don’t get fluffier! You need to try it!

I visit in the area about four times a year and this is a review from a 1st time customer:
Greeted as soon as I stepped in. I had to get up early this beautiful Saturday morning because when I was arriving home at 2a.m I could see the wonderful donuts baker's working. My great idea is to go early, the display case was fully stocked my families order included culler, key lime filled, raspberry filled, chocolate cake w/icing, and of course who doesn't like a great glazed donuts😊
I believe it was the owner that checked me out, he explained to me that for my 1st time I had to try their delicious Apple fritter, and proceed to bag me one up at no additional charge. Nice welcome gift. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend Ridgewood Donuts.

Donuts are big and good. The best I've found in Independence so far.
I see that people are concerned with the price. They are higher, but I cut my donuts in half which equals 1 donut from elsewhere. It takes me two settings to eat 1 donut. I split the apple fritters with my neighbor! I guess we're too cheap to buy 2! Ha ha. Try them, you'll like them!

While I've not yet been to this physical location, I have had a life altering lift of mood this establishment calls an Apple fritter.

A coworker brought a box to a meeting which I wasn't part of but offered to trade a coffee whilst holding said fritter hostage. I'm not one to leave a donut hanging so I was obligated by stricken conscience.

My goals in life are simple in regard to donuts. Find them and bring glad tidings. I'm glad I found this place and I will go in person sooner rather than later.

Mind blowing donuts that take ownership of your taste buds. Strawberry fluff filled chocolate Long Johns? Come on now! This is where it is truly "all good"!

The donuts were delicious and fresh. They had a large selection and the prices were great. There was only one person working the counter but she was so nice and very fast.

They have such a great selection of donuts and other pastries. I had a Bavarian cream filled Long John and it was the biggest and best I've ever had. I am definitely stopping by here on Sunday mornings on my way to church each week.

Friendly service and the donuts and pastries are absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!!

Our go to doughnut place! They have done 8+ custom orders for me and my family. Also recreated my favorite child hood doughnut.

I absolutely love this bakery and it's workers!! Always great variety of flavored donuts,also you can enter to win a lot of giveaways as well!! Won't be disappointed stopping here!!
