Had my first appointment with Edwin today and had a great experience. He followed specific instructions and met them superbly.
I think I've finally found my permanent barber which has been a struggle over the last 7.5 years.

My old barber retired a few years ago. I've been subjecting myself to the hack jobs at the quick/cheap hair places. I went to see Brett the Barber at John's, and got a fantastic haircut! They take a full 30 minutes, and the results are outstanding. I will be back.

I have used Edwin and Conrad several times for myself and my son. Both do amazing haircuts. Edwin does a great job with keeping my 3 year old son relaxed (not always easy) during his cut. Fades, tapering all look great.

I highly recommend!

I'm very picky about who I let cut my hair. I found a home at John's barber shop. The atmosphere is friendly and the people are personable. I get a great haircut every time.

It was my sons first time at a Barber Shop and Edwin made it very enjoyable for them. They love their haircuts and they plan on going back with their dad for future appointments for man time, lol.

I've been by the place thousands of times but never had a reason to go in, until today. I got in the chair and Brett got busy. In the meantime we had a great conversation. When I walked out, I walked out a completely satisfied customer. Today was my first trip there, but definitely NOT the last!

Edwin provided top-notch service. I came in for a straight razor head shave as well as a beard trim. When Edwin asked what I was looking for in facial hair, I said I'll leave it to him -- Glad I did. The straight razor head shave was perfect and I was stoked with how he styled my beard. I'll be back.

If you're going for the bald look, Edwin is your man.

The barbers are always friendly and accommodating. Jim is the best of the best and had been cutting hair for decades. Conrad is the newest but has been there for a few years now and has truly taken to the craft. The environment is always friendly and you will always walk out with a smile after a great clean up with their straight razors. I highly recommend but remember to set an appointment right now s they are extremely busy.

Love this place! Barbers are the best! Always enjoy my time in the chair. The last 2 years they've seen a lot of changes due to COVID. They continue to adapt. I've been MIA for a while but I'm back to getting my haircut every couple of weeks.

Conrad cut my hair and as a woman looking to find a place to get a unconventional cut he did amazing and explained the barber style terms to me and I showed him pictures to help us both figure out exactly how to cut my hair. This place is clean, professional and a fun atmosphere. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a classic barber shop with quality service.

This barber shop has been around for many years. Brett did a great job cutting my hair but everyone there is very nice. They have a few TV's to catch up on the latest news or sports. They also allow you to book appointments online which was very convenient for me. Highly recommend stopping in.

I went in to John's on recommendation of a good friend. I went in for a haircut and beard trim. My experience was great. I enjoyed talking with Nick and he did a great job with my hair and beard. Most importantly my wife liked it. We also took my son who is almost 3 for a haircut. He started out crying and not letting Nick cut his hair. Nick was great with my son and he ended up laughing and enjoying himself! Great place to take kids! We'll for sure be back. I also love the just real barbershop feel.

It's so refreshing to find an actual barbershop (and not a salon) that can do a razor fade high and tight properly. 10/10 would highly recommend this shop to anyone in Lee's Summit, MO! They do a great cut and you'll be treated to the best barbershop in town!

Always a good experience. I bring my 2 boys here and always have a good haircut. We have had different barbers here and all of them have done a good job. Online booking is very convenient

Been going to here for almost 30 years. This place feels like a best friends house. Guys are friendly, funny and can talk about anything while they cut your hair. Usually see Nick and he always remembers what kind of cut I want, if it is any other barbers tell them what I want and it’s done, no question. Best place hands down!

Fantastic hair cut for the price! Haven't been to an actual barber shop in years and will definitely be coming back. Slightly more expensive than great clips but quality, service and environment is well worth the price difference. Thanks for the great cut Conrad!!
