I went here due to my former vet retiring. I’m very adamant about great care for all of my fur babies. I cannot say how greatly impressed I was at the attention given to my new rescue dog! He needed lots of care, and the people here made me feel so comforted and important. Recommend!!!!

Excellent service, complete transparency, and very hospitable. I bought a pig for my wife and we were experiencing the exact opposite of everything we had researched. These folks have helped us through the process, Dotty is such an amazing addition to our family, and we have found a new place to care for all of our pets. Thank you so much!

LSAH is our go-to for our doggos. They helped us with a quick diagnosis and treatment when we had a scare with our fur baby, Sam.

The staff is very kind, patient, and helpful. They have our pet's best interests in mind and keep their prices pretty reasonable too!

Even after moving from Lee's Summit, we still drive back to this location any time we want our pets treated right.

This was my first time visiting with one of my own animals, although I had been in the office with my daughter and her cat. The vet was very caring and helpful. Especially since my dog is not a huge fan of going to the vet. But I didn't have to muzzle her so that is a plus. The vet also mentioned a test that could be run which might help explain why my dog can't seem to lose any weight. I also found their prices to be very reasonable for annual shots for my dog. I have 3 dogs so you can imagine how costly annual shots can get. I plan on switching all my dogs over to this office.

I have been going to this vet for almost 17 yrs and have met great professionals. My most recent visit was my hardest one and Dr. Brockhaus was so great in guiding me with my aging dog. She took her time to discuss my concerns and was very patient. I really appreciate her help.

Prompt friendly service walking in the door. Met with Dr Susan to discuss spay and neuter. She was friendly thorough and went over and above to include my grandchildren in assessing the puppies vitals:). I didn’t feel rushed at all. Susan left me feeling my doxies are in great hands.

Dr Susan and her staff are just amazing! They took such good care of our very sick cat and he is now back home with us after extended care. Dr Susan called each day (even Sunday morning) with an update on how he was doing. She and her staff were compassionate and caring. They met with us when we picked him up to thoroughly discuss care at home and be sure that we were comfortable with all parts of the plan. We were never rushed through our meetings or phone conversations and left with a follow up return plan. This was my first experience with LS Animal Hospital and they completely won us over!

I have been going to Lees Summit Animal Hospital for over 15 years with my babies and have always been treated with kindness and compassion. In fact I moved to STL last year and have been back twice with Bebe. ❤

I never leave reviews but I love this vet. My dogs are difficult at the vet and they always are understanding and professional. I appreciate this place so much and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful. I appreciate how fast my dogs medication is filled as well.

Dr. Schatz has to be THE best vet in the area! We take our ferrets and our pup out there and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff are exceptional, even when they're busy and the phone just will not stop ringing. I cannot say enough good things about our Doc and Lee's Summit Animal Hospital, as a whole.

Only vet I could get my sick dog in to and I’m very pleased! She is feeling so much better and I really appreciate the time and attention they afforded us. Dr. Schowise, (I know I’m spelling wrong, sorry) was excellent and explained everything. I will be bringing my pup there from now on. Thank you!

Lee's Summit Animal Hosp did a great job with our large dog that doesn't like to get nails trimmed! We got our annual visit with blood draw, shots and nail trim in 20 min. Love the staff!

I will forever be thankful for the calm, kind and compassionate care that was given to both my pup and myself on the scariest night of our lives. I was in utter panic and they stayed so calm and gave clear and concise instruction that was oh so needed. When we had to transfer to overnight care they told us the location they would choose, and even printed out turn by turn directions when they overheard me asking to pull it up on the phone. They were with my pup in the first months of her life, as well as the last and I am so thankful I chose them.

As usual, I called ahead and made an appointment for my dog's vaccine. When I arrived a little early, the waiting room was pretty busy. However, the staff was well organized and moving pets and owners along as expected for their appointments. We were helped right on time and with no stress. Cairo's annual exam, shots and health review was handled very professionally and calmly-and Cairo always enjoys seeing Dr. Schatz and all the Staff!

Dr. Schatz saved our dog's life. She was truly our partner in figuring out a plan to treat our dog who had a ruptured tumor on his spleen and needed a splenectomy. She was thorough and helped us figure out the best course of action. She was patient and generous with her time; understanding that he is our family and we were't ready to lose him. I can't say enough how thankful I am she is our vet. She truly made the experience one that I will never forget with her kindness and high level of care. Our family and Griff thank you!!!
