Market 1900 Apartments

Love my new place. Brittany, Tamera, Kendall, and Natasha are super amazing. High level of professionalism and patience. I would highly recommend.The only con I have is the parking. Which is horrible if you don’t have the additional 30 dollars to spare you’re screwed.

Went into the office a few days ago to do a tour and when I walked in I immediately felt very welcomed. Maddie was the one I spoke to the day prior and she answered all of my questions and if she didn’t know them she made sure to figure them out before giving me the wrong answers. I hope I get approved to stay here as I feel it would be a great place for me and my kids to stay , very clean , no trash in site whatsoever and everyone in the office was not only respectful they were very well dressed and welcomed you in with open arms! Not only that I was able to view 2 different apartments and I loved them so much that I put down the money right away to hold the apartment. If you’re thinking about moving here , you should ! I’ve never been to an apartment complex before ( and I went to plenty of tours before this ) that was so excited about meeting new people and getting them a place to stay. Good job Maddie and everyone else in the leasing office , keep up the good work !!

Kayla Turner is such a wonderful human!! She stayed after close to ensure I had all the information and questions I had answered. She made sure I understood everything as I had her repeat it like three times. She was so helpful! This property is beautiful, all of the staff were so kind and so willing to help and answer anything I threw their way!!

The esthetics of this place is VERY deceitful underneath it is a total different experience. I literally feel like I’m being punk right now. The upstairs tenants are EXTREMELY and EXCESSIVELY LOUDDDD. It’s one thing to walk heavy some people do I get that but this level of noise exceeds far beyond typical walking. It’s like they are running, jumping, body slamming etc. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable therefore for that reason my time here will not be long. I’ve already addressed this issue immediately with the office upon move in. Either they haven’t addressed it with these tenants or it’s apparent these tenants don’t care and are going to do whatever they want regardless to whoever has anything to say about it. Lord you get me out of this I’ll NEVER do this type of living again.

Revised: I can’t with these people above me. The minute I think thinks are better the sooner they start again. I’m done complaining because it’s obvious not doing ANY good. I’m going to do us all a favor and try to do any and everything I can to terminate this lease and move some place else

The ladies in the leasing office are so wonderful to work with! They truly care about the residents and make sure everything is in tip top condition. The maintenance guys are very pleasant and reliable.

I just wanna say I’m very blessed to have started my journey at market1900 the application process was very easy they have great customer service , always good about answering the phone . The community is beautiful, staff was so welcoming . Not to mention the new renovations are beautiful. I’m very pleased . 10/10 highly recommend.

Tamera is the best she is always helpful. She's like Hyvee has a helpful smile. Just like gates how can she help. I have been a resident for long enough to know they are an amazing office staff.

Brittany was amazing! She was accommodating and super nice, she was easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable bringing up any questions, comments, or concerns!

Just visited my family at their new apartment. Pool had an amazing atmosphere. The apartment was gorgeous. Neighbors are all so friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who is searching for an apartment in independence.

It was very cute! Loved the price for a 2 bedroom apartment! Also loved Tamera, very sweet and understanding!!

We recently just moved into market 1900 and absolutely love it so far! The staff has made amazing renovations, it’s super modern and cute! They truly made us feel at home and I know it will be a great fit for my boyfriend and I!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for 8 months and are so happy to call this place home! The new management is always so friendly and the renovations they’ve been doing are top tier! Whenever we have a Maintenence issue, they always get back to us and have the problem fixed within 24 hours of submitting a request. They also do so many fun things for the residents! Super happy we moved in

Just moved in and the entire experience has been amazing. The staff is very respectful and the apartment is beautiful and in perfect condition. I am so happy we found such a beautiful place to call home.

the office is so helpful and nice. They really understand that moving is stressful and they try to make that transition easy AND that the apts are our HOMES not just a place to live and they really respect that. Maintenance is very fast, responsive, and if they notice anything not on the request that needs fixing they will try to fix that as well asap.

During my tour and before move in Every time I had a question the staff was quick and friendly to answer me and get me taken care of. Tamera took care of me on move in day, got me in and out while being super friendly. Been here a week and have no complaints, super quiet area and beautiful apartments. Would highly recommend!

All of our experience has been with the new management and team, so we can’t speak to the old staff and policies. However, every interaction we have had with them has been WONDERFUL. We were making a big move and they made sure the apartment was ready for us on schedule…actually a few hours early.

The apartment’s cleanliness was IMMACULATE. There were a few minor issues with the apartment that we needed maintenance to come and fix, but they fixed them IMMEDIATELY and some issues are to be expected when they are totally renovating all the apartments and grounds. The staff has always been prompt and very polite when answering questions. They gave us some wonderful homewarming goodies as well.

We loved our last place we lived in but it was much larger so maintenance and staff could take forever helping you. It’s nice to have the same quality of apartment as a larger complex while being taken care of as if it were a much smaller complex.

We narrowly missed a rent increase deadline when applying, so we were worried the rent would be much higher (our old place went up almost $50 every year), but we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their simple $20 increase was considering the current market—and it’s much less pressure than the surrounding competitors that have their rates change day-to-day.

This place is on the way up! Can’t wait for the new pool to open and the new fitness.center expansion!

The office staff here are really amazing. They take the time to get to know each one of their residents. Those young ladies truly hold up to the name of best staff in independence. We appreciate all you ladies do.

The staff was super friendly they got back to me quickly to let me know if I got the apartment or not... they worked with me daily about things I needed up until my move-in Date. The apartment is beautiful I'm so glad I made them my first choice on my new journey in life...❤❤❤
