Yolanda is definitely an expert!! She is definitely my go to gal!! She asked many discovery questions about how i wanted my haircut and even asked for a reference picture. Most places in independence don't even care enough to do that. She even got to know me a little bit more and taught me about my hair texture and a scalp issue i had.

She recommended i buy a shampoo from her but i told her i wasn't sure. So, she let me try the shampoo when she washed my hair. That shampoo did more help than all other otc shampoos I've tried in the past for my scalp issue. I will definitely be buying a liter from her on my next appointment.

Yolanda's prices are honest too and she's amazing with children that have special needs. I saw her work with a child that had autism while i was waiting for my turn. She was a rockstar and handled the situation with above and beyond service. The parent of the child had a beaming smile walking out the door.
