I have to say I have banked with Central for probably close to 8 years and they never fail to surprise me with their customer service. I recently had a lot to accomplish, so I went to the West location and was sat down with Heaven. Heaven is exactly what she sounds like- absolute Heaven. She made my boyfriend and I’s life so easy- opening new accounts, closing/replacing other ones. She upgraded us to the Max Money account, which I know is going to be so helpful as we continue to flourish financially. It’s so difficult to think of any other bank to recommend but them. Above and beyond is an understatement.

I recently needed to open new checking and savings accounts due to nefarious activities. I also opened a business account at that time. Seamus McCarthy was my Customer Service Representative, and his care and attention to my situation was excellent. It took some time to get the accounts changed and open a business account, but he was patient and informative the entire time. In addition, he promptly returned my calls to answer questions. Just great customer service! Thank you!

Ginny Sims is an absolute pleasure! She made sure my experience creating a joint account was as smooth and comfortable as can be. Grace was quick to take care of me and made sure my experience was quick and easy. I can tell all the workers there are great with their time and really know what they’re doing!

My mother passed and I needed help with her fiancees. The Representative Kaylie LeCuru, helped me every step of the way. She really did above and beyond what her job was required of her. She made the transition very easy. I cant thank her enough for the help she provided. The highest level customer service I have ever received.

We have been banking with Central Trust for many years & have done business through all of their branches. For convenience, we now do business through their Central Bank West location (by the JC Mall). When visiting in person, we are greeted by name and with a smile (always a nice touch). We transact a lot of business by phone and our needs are always addressed very professionally.There are a couple of "go to" employees that we use regularly and know we can always count on EXCELLENT FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Manager Dennis Bosh and his assistant Adrian Heckman are top notch when it comes to answering questions & implementing our requests. Bryan Delly in Customer Service has been my "go to" guy for a couple of years . Bryan is 100% trustworthy, competent and friendly. We know we can rely on him for ALL of our needs. Thank you ALL ... we look forward to continuing our long-time relationship. Keep up the good work!

Country Club Drive location has an excellent staff and Seamus McCarthy goes above and beyond to give me great service.

Could not be happier. We had a disputable charge, resulting in overdraft fees. Spoke with Amber, who helped us with the dispute process and promptly refunded the fees. Went to the branch at the mall, spoke with Adrian, who further assisted and reissued a debit card without delay. We are happy to be Central Bank customers.

I have had awesome experiences with Central Bank, whether by phone call or when walking in to any of the locations, JC or Columbia. Although I miss seeing Dennis at his past location, I am glad that he has been given a new home at S Country Club. I believe he is one of the greatest asserts at Central.

Great bank with fantastic customer service. Always friendly and courteous. Our debit card was hacked/stolen once and there were NO ISSUES OF ANY KIND working with us . We really appreciate the support.
