My agent Tracey helped me out so much! I had a difficult time getting all my info from boost mobile which resulted in me having to stay in the Verizon store a little after hours. Even though it took a long time and the store was closed Tracey stayed with me and made sure I left the store with two new phones in hand and I really appreciate it! Excellent customer service!

Tracy at this store was very helpful!! After several calls with Verizon to get a new phone unlocked, we thought it would be better to go into the store.

Tracy greeted us as we walked in and immediately went to work on helping us solve the problem. We had a solution within 30 minutes! He was very personable and took the time to listen to our needs. Highly recommend this store!

Chris was very helpful this morning. I walked into the store at 9 and didn’t end up leaving till 1 but Chris saved the day and fixed all the problems that I was having on my account.

This store and the people inside truly care about the customer still. Krissa help our family with a lost replacement device that the warehouse lost. We spent hours on calls with verizon. At our last effort before we were going to just cancel are plan we went in and Krissa made the day. She fully understood the issues and truly made our whole family stressful day so much better. She saved a long time family from leaving. She was excellent. Truly we cannot express how much we appreciate this employee. ❤

David spent 4 hours with me on a Saturday making sure the issue with my phone was taken care of. He is a great guy and the rest of the crew on that day was awesome as well.

keyan schepp helped me directly with them getting all my issues fixed and was very nice, professional and patient and everything that I needed. I am walking out with now so he fixed on my problems and if I was you I would come here. even if you're from the Columbia area. I would come to the Verizon store in Jefferson City because they are a lot better

Austin was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. He was confident and personable but not pushing. I have been in industrial equipment sales for over 20 years. I appreciate his attention to detail and positive attitude.

Austin Golden at Verizon is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! He took the time to help me with all of my questions and got me an amazing deal on a new phone and iPad. If you need any help with your phone make sure to ask for Austin! I will never got to another store to do my business.

Cameron definitely deserves a raise and some free wings too. He was beyond helpful and made things more understandable for me. He definitely went above and beyond !

Collin is a wonderful manager. My experience with this store is the reason why I decided to switch cell phone carriers. Collin stayed late to explain my cell phone options. He also came back in early the next morning to complete my number transfer. He was patient and went the extra mile to ask what I was looking for, help set up my new phone properly and push through issues with my previous cell phone company. This is a heck of a store with amazing leadership.

Collin at Verizon Wireless helped me get on a new phone plan after having to deal with sprint for so long! He explained the plans to me in amazing detail and explained all the benefits of signing up, and let me know about the good deals they had going on as well. He took his time with me and made sure I was happy with my purchase before walking out of the door. He was very happy to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood my plan! He helped as much as he could and I appreciated that so so much! I recommend everyone who’s anyone to go to him if you’d like help getting a new phone or if you’re thinking of getting on Verizon’s plan. Great service! Thank you!!!!

Great store. Collin is a true pro. He took the time to explain to me why I was having the issue I was having, and gave me more than one solution to solve it. I learned about the Jetpack and a more tailored service plan. Very happy to know I have someone dependable, and that I can trust, working for my service provider.

All the sales associates were great and friendly. All my questions were answered in detail. The cost of my plan with added bonuses and phone trade in was much better than expected! I was very satisfied with the service I received and had some great laughs during the process.

Steve was very helpful when my poor phone died. He helped me pick a model that is water resistant and less breakable than other alternatives and he helped me get a protective case and screen protector installed before I left the store. He also explained warranty and insurance options to me. He pointed out important differences between my old phone and my new one and he made me aware of accessories that are available for purchase with my new phone without being pushy. Steve willingly explained the charges in detail twice when I didn't fully understand the 1st time. He was very friendly and patient with my questions and generous with his time and attention. I was sad to part with my old phone, but Steve made it easier.

Today Steve helped set up my warranty replacement. Still very satisfied. Thanks again. Steve

I came into the store and was greeted by Donna, I told her my problem and she immediately proceeded to find the problem and fix it. She also looked at a second phone which the voice mail was not working properly. Within a few minuets she had it corrected. The customer before me told me "she is good" when she left. Top notch employee.

Austin Golden did an amazing job. He knew what he was talking about and really helped us out with our purchase. I really enjoyed working with Austin. He was super knowledgeable about the products.

My wife and I came in to switch from another carrier, as well as upgrade our phones. We worked with Luke, and he was able to answer every question we had. He even stayed late to help us get everything all set up! Overall, it was probably the most positive phone buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. Luke knew his stuff, and was enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend.
