Summit Park

There's a lot to do at this park. The walking trail goes around the playground but also around the entire park. It's great for scooters, bikes, and roller skates. I love that you can find shade on hot days. There's tennis courts and even a baseball diamond. The equipment is pretty new, and the park tends to be busy on nice days. But if you go during school hours when it's slightly less busy, it's great fun.

A nice park. Bathrooms. Place to play tennis and baseball. A small walking trail. Playground is fun, kinda for kids 5 yrs plus. There is a smaller spot for littles. Not a lot of shade during midday. No splash pad. Someone left a review with that but must be confused .

Love this local park. It is relatively newly rebuilt and it is a medium-sized park. It can get very busy if there were too many kids. But most of the time when we are here it is not very populated which we love.

There is a really neat large slide that you have to climb ropes to get up to so it's best for kids aged four and up in my opinion.

There are two shelter areas with lots of picnic tables a small walking track and tennis courts nearby.

I think this is my daughter's favorite park after visiting here last Saturday Oct. 9, 2021 and not only her, I also love this park because of it's double swing( both kid and parent can swing together. I love the colorful slides, the lower zipline, the spiderweb. You can have a birthday party in the available shed for free.

There is also a softball/baseball field and tennis cour.

Public toilet can also be found here.

Fun house Pizza place is just a walk away from here.

We had a blast. Really neat park.big and little kids can both play here plenty of things for even teenagers to swing climb and slide

If you want a little piece of nature & a good game of tennis, this would be the spot. Night tennis is amazing & having a clean warm well lit bathroom, puts icing on the cake! My go to place for a decent workout. Walking trail as well. The 2 shelters are also accommodating. Need to add a couple grills though...

Excellent family park. We had a family and friends birthday party. New to me were parent baby swings where you sit on a seated swing with infant in there own baby swing facing you. Kind of like a seesaw/glider. Has 2 very large shelters with metal tables, slides on a multi tower, climbing equipment, something like a short zip line, and more. Also there are tennis courts, a ball field, and a walking path around the field. Restrooms are newer, clean and have air dryers. Pizza place nextdoor if need.

Summit Park is a great park with a toddler play area and also a one for bigger kids. There's a good variety of play areas for kids of all sized. The swing set has a set of infant/adult swings for all ages to play on. The unisex bathrooms were also clean. Good job Lee's Summit.

Great new park with awesome shelters and a great variety of play equipment. Toddler playground and swings with mommy and me swings. Bigger kid playground, ropes area, zipline, and swings. Nice bathrooms, has water fountains and even a pet fountain.

So many great parks in LS, but this is one of our favorites! Excellent playground with loads of equipment for all ages, even a parent-child swing. Two large pavilions, restrooms (off in winter), tennis courts, short running trail...I know I'm forgetting some things, but I'll note that the total size of this park is smaller than many of the big parks in town.

My kiddos loved it. It was my first time there and it had a little bit of everything.

Lots to do. I took kids from 2-8 years old and everyone had a good time. Also there is a trail that I walked while keeping an eye on the kids

Very nice sunny afternoon, not busy at all, whole playground to ourselves! Quite a bit to do! Playground, picnic area, BBQ, baseball/ softball fields and cages, tennis courts. Fun house pizza right there for food if needed

This is such a fun playground for my son. Lots of good quality equipment, and great challenges for climbing.

Really cool park! We went on a day where it was PACKED but the kids didn't seem to mind. We had a 3, 7 and 9 year old and they all had a good time.

Love the park. Great for kids to have fun. I take my grandkids to the park and they really like it.

Great new playground for kids. Fun tall tower to climb with a big slide. Cool zipline. An area for really young kids. And clean new bathrooms. Also the added benefit of smelling amazing pizza during your visit. Swing by Funhouse Pizza for a great meal.

Brand new city park with two picnic shelters, wonderful playground equipment, and a ball field. Not a large parking area, so a large gathering could present problems. Pizza store right next door for the easiest picnic ever!

Favorite park - and we've been to a lot!

-Areas for all ages!
-The zipline doesn't almost fling your child to kingdom come at the end.
-Decent bathrooms!
-Baby/toddler swings that face an adult swing so you can be face to face with your kiddo while both swinging!

Really nice park. Tall climbing tower with slide, medium climb double slide and smaller kids slide/climb. They have those swings where parents can swing with and face the littles. Rope jungle gym, swings, bathrooms and two shelters with picnic tables. Tennis courts and right next to Funhouse Pizza.
