Once I called for information Rick came out the same day to give a bid for some painting and ceiling work. We scheduled the work to be done this last weekend and he was supposed to be out Saturday at 8am. I finally was able to get ahold of him at 9:00am and he informed me that he was having mechanical issues and would be out around 10:00am. No call and no show!! I ended up texting him around 11:30 to cancel. Very unprofessional and unreliable!! I did the work myself!! Saved $1,050. I suggest having a backup company ready if you schedule jobs with Porterfield Professional Painting if you're needing to get work complete on a deadline.
