I have relocated my business from Barry Road to Liberty due to the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They are attentive to customer needs and demonstrate a genuine desire to assist. The only inconvenience is the limited parking space. Despite this minor issue, I will continue to return for all my alignment and tire requirements. I highly recommend these individuals and believe they deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

I have been taking my cars to this team for eight years. They have always been honest with me, found discounts where they can, and treated me with kindness. Chris does a great job of leading the crew!

This is my second time at this location, as I have been to many locations in town and they are always so nice and attentive. They are very busy but ensure they are communicating with customers regarding how long things will take and if they need to reschedule. I will come back to this Firestone location in the future! They provided assertive solutions and lots of support. We found them on our family trip to Iowa and Chicago and the car broke. Hence, we called the Spandle family (relatives in law based in Kansas City), and without any hesitation, they recommended their services ( they also live in Liberty, MO) We are from Fort Smith, AR. on our way to Chicago. When I walked thru the door, they were already closed. I didn’t know however, as my maps said it was still open. Jake and Chris are amazing, they helped me and got my car back up for me to drive back home out of state in less than 24 hours for the holidays. Thank you, and I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

They were great, super busy, but took the time to talk to me. They were honest that it may take longer (it did not). Called me with the situation, explained it thoroughly and gave me a few options, had pricing and info. He was friendly and warm, made me look forward to returning for the rotation in 6 months! This is after I spent a lot of money, so that's saying a lot! 😊. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Hard working guys. Dropped off car for a/c diagnose and repair around 8am. Had answers by noon on steps moving forward. I figured it'd take atleast until the following day for pick up. Had a call at 4pm saying they were done. Granted the tab was more than anyone would like, the services completed in such a timely fashion were all well worth it.

I wish I could give more stars, I absolutely love them. They were excellent with everything from the customer service to the service done on my car. I initially walked in requesting just my A/C to be fixed but I ended up getting brake work done too, but they unexpectedly fixed my front Bumper on my car too. I hated driving around with my bumper looking like it did , but I really really appreciate whoever did it for me. I’m so glad I trusted firestone, to work on my car.

Wonderful service! We had friends visiting from out of town & as they got ready to leave we noticed they had a flat tire. It was a Sunday afternoon & the person we spoke with about the situation was very empathetic & said they’d work to get them in & on the road by 5:00. Really appreciate their willingness to help out on short notice & work them in so they could get home safely the same day.

I've been relying on Firestone in Liberty for non-warranty maintenance and repairs for 40 years. They are most competent in all matters.

I didn't have a appointment they got me right in a installed 4 new tires on my wife's suv. Super nice customer service

The team there was very friendly and explained everything need for my vehicle after my routine oil change. They did not make me feel like a WOMAN even thou I am they treat as a human needed help with my vehicle....Just like the team that was there.

The guys here always do what they can to make sure you and your car are taken care of. I always come here for tires and they have never disappointed in price or quality. Chris really does a good job here and has a good team behind him.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service and listened to my needs. The online option to make an appointment lets you schedule even if there is no room in store. Luckily, Nathan was able to accommodate me and get me in. That is one thing I would fix.

Class act. I needed a lawn tractor tire replaced. I know this isn't easy and had to be done by hand. The guys took it back right away and were finished in 10 minutes. Then they refused to let me pay. Just told me I was good and sent me on my way. When ever does anyone at a business just do something nice without getting paid? Thanks for your kind service!

Went to get a serpentine belt replacement, since it broke. Then after further inspection, they found my water pump was the cause of the issue. They're real friendly, and have reliable service. As I was back on the road in about a day. I'd recommend this shop.
