Fantastic customer service and quality work! I purchased a wedding dress off the rack that needed cleaning. I was apprehensive to leave the dress with anyone after hearing stories of wedding dress cleaning gone wrong. Gene's did a wonderful job and took great care of my dress. So happy I trusted them!

I love this place. Kenny is amazing and the cleaning is excellent.

Out of convenience I had taken my clothes to Hy-Vee that outsources it to Pride. They were horrible and when they had ruined some items they (Pride) argued with me about it. Henceforth, I found Gene’s and have been amazed at the quality and FRIENDLY customer service.

Amongst other things, they were able to remove/repair the pressed in stains that Pride had (all but) ruined.

A wonderful place to get your dry cleaning done. My fiancée needed her wedding dress cleaned before being altered and we only had 4 days before the appointment. We had taken it to Gene’s and he was honest, it was going to be a tight schedule. He got it done in time and we couldn’t be happier! Fantastic business to come to; worth every penny.

Excellent customer service. Gene is very professional and courteous. I was surprised he was able to get blue face paint removed from my new coat.

This place makes it easy to support a local business. Great customer service and quality work. I needed my shirt pressed and was under the gun. The owner grabbed the shirt and knocked it out for me in about 5 mins time! Highly recommend

Customer service deserves 10 stars!!, I don’t come here too often for the fact I live on the opposite side of the 152 highway but I have used Gene’s cleaners from time to time, fairly priced and the work that’s done is great!

After coming in this more I will most likely bring my business here, simple acts of kindness (at least to me) deserves reward, you have a customer for life.

Best customer service I’ve ever had. I was a week out from a business trip and brought in a weeks worth of suits. Excellent turn around time and great work. My suits made it to Dallas via suitcase and came out perfect. This experience took a lot of stress out of my trip and they’ve earned a loyal customer.

I finally had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved (a few years after the fact), and Gene's returned it to me in flawless condition. The other items I had dry cleaned were also like-new upon pick up. They were kind, honest, competitively priced, and efficient with high quality service. I won't use anyone else!

I hired Gene's Cleaners to clean a leather jacket for me. Kenny is the gentleman that helped me. His customer service was incredible! He knew exactly what would be most important to me (the jacket was a gift from my Father). He charged me a fair price, and had the jacket back in my hands in an ultra fast manner.

My jacket is the cleanest I've ever seen it! I'm not just saying that. It looks and smells brand new. It was cleaned, conditioned, and protected beyond any expectations I have of any other local cleaners.

10/10 Friendly staff and very good prices! I brought in a moldy wedding dress and a 22 year old bear from my childhood in rough condition. They made the dress and the bear look brand new! Highly recommend!

We went in today to have my daughter's 5th grade graduation dress steamed and pressed. It was originally going to be several days wait but when he found out it is for her graduation on Monday, he whipped it right up. So thankful and appreciative of him working it in. I've also used Gene's in the past and always happy with our service. 100% recommended.

I had a suit dry cleaned at a different cleaners for my son’s first communion. When I picked it up, the suit was still dirty and the event was in two days. I called up Gene’s and he was able to get the suit cleaned even though it was last minute on a Friday. The suit at pickup looked great and the price was affordable.
