Midwest Manufactured Home Community

All mobile home parks have their questionables, but I really like it here. Only been here a few months and have already met some really great people that I'm happy to call friends. Most of the people here, even if you don't know each other at all, still try to keep an eye out for everybody else.
Manager Tina is a godsend. She works so hard to try to keep everything up and running as it should. And she was really helpful and understanding of our situation when we applied here.
The hardships my sister and I were enduring at that time, this place was a miracle in disguise.
Pay your rent on time, don't tear things up, mind the rules, and treat each other with respect. Love it.

If u want a great place to live with no nonsense then this is the place. This small community has came along ways in a short period. All of the people r very friendly, the staff is always there to help in anyway they can. They have a great pool, play ground, it is very well monitored and very well maintained by the staff. The people of the community really watch out for the children while they r out playing. There has to be adult supervision with the children while at the pool or play ground. Over all u couldn't ask for a better place to live. The manager is great she is there to help in anyway she can and is always thinking of different things to do and make the community even better to live in. I ask all why not give it a shot check it out and come be a part of this community. Maintance is on the ball with anything a person needs. The roads r very well maintained in the WInter and summer. There is grass mowing if u need it. Really can't say enough about how this community really is. COME CHECK IT OUT would love to have new people come and join us and our community

Tina is the best landlord we have ever had. She is so amazing and works so hard for her people! She helped us out when we were in a really bad.

My family and I don’t live to far from this property. I wanted to hop on and give some feed back. In the past several month, we have noticed a huge difference. This property is looking better and better; Cleaner, and more inviting. I am so pleased to see this property on a mend.

Since moving in here, I have loved the neighborhood, the management here is awesome. She is always on top of things when you need to get something taken care of. Maintenance here is awesome and anything needing fixed he is on top of it. Best home I have moved into in a long time

I live here at Midwest trailer Park for 4 years this place is just like home never changed it in the world manager is the best I would recommend anybody for this place Tina does a very good job at what she does management I would back her up 100%

Lived here 3 years since tina is manager she is decorating for holidays and trying to clean up park. She is actually taking pride n all our community!!! Great staff for all your needs.

I like the quiet area and the layout of the park. Just wish I would of found this place year's ago.

Clean community with nice homes.. the guys house I went to is one of them douchebags that tries to cheat on their girlfriends apparently..(I was there to try to get my car fixed which also didn't happen..!) ...but the environment was very nice, clean, and the neighbors seemed cool...

Waiting for a place to become available, but while looking around they are doing a lot of work in the trailer park and cleaning it up which is a good sign. Doesn't look as run down as the other trailer parks so that's also a plus. And I like that they have a pool and playground. Very kid friendly. The woman in the office was sweet and also friendly. So I guess you can say this is a friendly place. I cant wait until more trailers are available.

Clara is absolutely amazing to work with. She found us a new home that exceeds our expectations. She has gone above and beyond in helping us find our home. No presusre and she worked fast to get us in to meet and discuss all of our options. Shes been working hard to also clean up the park and make it a community instead of just a park. We are very grateful!

I bought a 2 bd home here and it's awesome. Clara the new Property Manager is the best Landlord in Independence MO. I live by good neighbors on both sides, I have great access to the pool, bus, and a small park. I can drive,walk or bike to lots of shopping stores. The only thing that was rough at first was all the kids, throwing trash on my yard. Clara the Property Manager told me she would address the problem and take of it and she did. A great shout out to Clara. Great, Amazing experience and place to live at.

Clara was very helpful in the purchase of my home. She kept at me and was very persistent but i didn't realize why until she told me my payment would drop. Today I signed my closing documents on my home because clara was so informative and so helpful. She had made a huge difference in the community. I couldn't be happier with her. She has been the best manager we have ever had and I speak for evergine9 here. She has made this place a community where we all come together. Thank you so much Ms Clara for making my dream come true and making the process so smooth. We dont want you leaving us!!!

Me and my bf just moved in, in January. Thanks to Clara, she made it happen. Clara has been so sweet and patience with people that had to get our tea ready to move. We also have a hospice patient that my boyfriend takes of and Clara had everything ready for her to come to her new home. We just love Clara to pieces and would do anything Clara asks if she needed help with anything.

I love my quiet neighborhood.
