Stocksdale Park

Very beautiful! Stocksdale Park is perfect if you want to play disc golf or get away for a while. There is a dog park, playground, disc golf course with 18 holes and a practice basket next to the gravel parking area, paved and unpaved trails, horseshoe area, and picnic areas. The area is nice and hilly.

One of my new favorite places, this is another hidden gem. They keep a lot of it wild and it borders the conservation area, paved and unpaved trails, lots to see. Gorgeous area, I would come every day if I could.

My husband's cousin recommended this place to my family when we moved out here last year, she mentioned it again last week and with the weather coming in so pretty we decided the first day of spring was a good way to do it! The playground is very kid friendly. My 1.5year old FLEW off the smallest slide; I wish it wasn't funny, but he popped back up like nothing happened. The paved trails were blocked off by cones, and there was no explanation as to why, but im not about to go somewhere with my baby that seems pretty sketchy, just in case. Anyway, the smallest of the trails was available, and we took the stroller on it with ease :) There is a dog park nearby but not close to the playground, so we didn't go over there. There was an on-site restroom. However, we didn't check if they were open. Lastly, they have disc golf! I told my brother in law about the park, and he is also taking the kids to this park later. Safe to say we'll be back :) Oh! this park is literally in the middle of nowhere, so GPS seems wrong. hahaha

Beautiful park with plenty of nice things. Great place for adults, children, and dogs! The paved trail is a really short loop but they have hiking trails too so that's a plus.

Great park! The off leash dog park(s) are fantastic, friday golf course, play ground, hiking trails…very serene with something to do for everyone.

It's a great place, has something for everybody from a dog training course to mountain biking. I love hiking myself and the trails although designed for mountain biking are comfortable to hike. Lots of different plant, fungus and animal species here so keep an eye out for some cool stuff.

Huge single track trails. Not difficult at all. But very fun. Can't really get lost but if you need to you can always use an app like Strava to navigate. Lots of other fun things to do here like disc golf, horseshoes, playground, dog park. And nice bathrooms on site. Lots of parking. People do hike the trails too!

Stocksdale Park's mountain bike trail is an absolute gem! The well-maintained path, stunning scenery, and challenging terrain make for an exhilarating ride. The trail offers variety for riders of all skill levels, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced bikers. Plenty of obstacles and jumps as well as some nice flowy areas. I highly recommend Stocksdale Park's mountain bike trail for any outdoor enthusiast looking for an amazing biking adventure!

Huge and beautiful park for both humans and dogs!! Friendly atmosphere! It has a beautiful pond, long trail and play area with swings and slides for the kiddos!! My Koda loves this park!!

Stocksdale is great! Has a decent playground. Mountain bike trails a short paved trail loop, great frisbee golf course. They have a horseshoe area but I don't know if you can access it whenever I think you can byo horseshoes. The dog park is amazing! Only thing is a little parking so when there is baseball or cross country it is a little hard to find a spot.

Great dog park with 2 fenced in areas and an agility ramp and tunnel for dogs to play with. No standing water but there is a hose with water for filling up dog bowls and a kiddie pool. Lots of space to run here and no trees to lose your pets in. Bathroom on site.

Great disc golf course, long, scenic and tough. Great venue for 2018 Master's Disc Golf World Championships.

This is a great place to hike, bike and take your dog.... beautiful scenery and open space.

My son's celebration of life, water, grill, electrical, lots of tables, clean setup, plenty of shade. For an outdoor event it turned out very well!

This is a fun multi use park with lots of trails. Saw people having a picnic, playing disc golf, playing cricket, riding trails, hiking trails and a dig park.

It was a great little hike we did here. It was a great way to just escape the city for a while and being nature and enjoy the sounds of nature

It was a lovely day, so we tried a new park. The City of Liberty has done a great job on upgrading their park’s system. We walked the path through the timber, followed by the trail to the pond. Very beautiful. There is a dog park.
