Awesome Place

WORST agencies ever . Unorganized. Time waisting . I am new to the area single mom of three and have fallen behind with ONE bill. I was referred to them . I had to fill out the application numerous times due to them misplacing it . Then although ii sent my income verification with the first couple applications ( which they acknowledged they received ) it was outdated to them . So I submitted the SAME income except more current and contactsd them again. Now they claim my income isn’t enough and they rejected my application . They could’ve told me that the first three times , as nothing about my income had changed . They are not truely trying it o help people in need . But I’m learning more and more how “ privileged “ this city really is . They all sit on top of their HIGH horse way up on the hill … they must have forgot that there is one person who will judge
