Mike and Candace (owner and his daughter) were so nice and accommodating! I was on a tighter budget but they helped me find a great, comfortable, quality mattress while working with my budget. We had a wonderful experience buying our mattress at Mattress Mike's. It was great not having a salesperson following our every move. They gave us information on all of the mattresses they had in their store, and they allowed us to test them out as long as we wished. They didn't pressure us at all, nor did they follow us around. That gave me and my husband time to discuss what we wanted. We picked out our mattress, and we were grateful they had one in stock that day! Friendly people, great prices, and a cozy mattress. My daughter and I went mattresses shopping for her while I was in KCK for the holidays. I left a message and Mike promptly returned my call and understood I wanted a good mattress for my daughter but needed to stay within a certain price range. He answered any and all questions I had so we could make an informed decision on the purchase and was totally understanding about my budget and not at all pushy or condescending. When we went to the KCK location Jan 2, 2024 Mike wasn't there, however he had left Phil a written message letting him know we would be in and had placed a hold on the mattress we had spoken about since there were only 2 left in stock. Phil took care of the sale efficiently and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also was able to arrange for Kyle to deliver the new mattress to my daughter's apartment later that same day. It was a pleasure doing business with Phil, Mike and the Mattress Mike business.

Mattress Mike came through on very short notice! I called & he confirmed what he had in stock. I went to his location in Gladstone & picked out a whole bed set & they delivered it the SAME DAY so I didn't have to wait!!!! Very honest people & I would recommend him to anyone who needs a bed for themselves or their kids!

Both the gentleman were very polite and professional. They asked if they could help us. There was absolutely no pressure here. We asked a few questions and decided to buy a mattress for them. They had to order it because we were looking for a California King. They said they will have it in a week. Actually they got it a few days early. They called my wife and asked if they could deliver the same day they got it. Sure enough they delivered it that day. Mind you if you want it delivered there will be a cost. Well worth it. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided my Mattress Mikes. We highly recommend you try them out. You won’t be disappointed.
