Robin's expertise shines through in every snip and clip! My son, who is African American, received a fantastic haircut from Robin. Not only did Robin deliver impeccable results, but their positive energy made the experience truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Robin to anyone in search of both a great haircut and a welcoming atmosphere.

I loved my experience here! There was less than a 2 minute wait. Tiffany (my stylist) listened to what I wanted and I showed her a photo of what I wanted done. She was very attentive and I received exactly what I wanted! Great price and quality. Everyone there was super friendly. It was my first time at a Great Clips and it will not be my last! I will return to this location! Awesome job Tiffany!!!

I met Susan today. I had great conversation. She was extremely understanding. I went in worried about getting my hair how I like it. I left knowing my hair is just how I wanted it.

I was greeted warmly upon entering. I was attended to so quickly that I didn't even time to sit down. The stylist was pleasant to talk with while she was trimming my hair and very professional.

I got in after maybe waiting 5 minutes. I got my hair cut by Paul, and he was very kind , and polite. I loved how he cut my hair. I couldn’t have been happier. Excellent job. Thank you Paul!!!

Came in today and got Suzanne for a long hairstyle and a trim. She was wonderful love the curls she did! She was even so gracious and worked with me as I had my 1 month old with me so she stopped during styling to let me grab her when she got fussy and was so gracious. She didn't judge me when I had to feed her or anything she was very supportive and I am very thankful! Will be back and will specifically request her next time! 😁

My son went in to get his hair cut for the first time in about a year, maybe a little longer. The lady that did his hair was so kind and professional. She cut it exactly the way he wanted it! We will be going back to her in the future!

This is the right balance for me...I don't want to book a haircut weeks in advance, but I don't want to just walk in and have an hour wait. The app is great to let me reserve a spot and not wait long when I get there. The staff is also friendly and professional.

Came in as a walk in with my family of 5 today. Everyone was so kind and didn't make us feel bad for asking for so many hair cuts at once. Felt very much like an appreciated customer. I definitely recommend this location over others I had been to in the past.

Price is very reasonable. My stylist cut my hair in the style that I requested and did a good job. She was also very nice and was easy to talk to.

Liberty Missouri location in front of Home Depot rocks. Most staffed salon in the area. 6minute wait. The one 2 Mike's away was an 84 minute wait. I use the one in Excelsior Springs MO also and Suzie rocks!!!

I should have been going here a long time ago. Great haircut at a reasonable price from someone with years of experience. Also talked more sports here than I ever did at Sports Clips.

Both of my boys have had multiple haircuts here, we do the online check-in to keep from waiting long, and always get coupons for our return. They do a great job and keep records so they know how to cut their hair for our next visit. No complaints, we get a $25 haircut for $8- $12!!!

I am so thankful for Kathy!! My son got a terrible clipper mishap on his forehead at the GreatClips in Wilshire Plaza and the lady was perplexed as to what she did wrong and we drove straight to this Great Clips and Kathy was empathetic and fixed it perfectly!!! At no charge! Although I very much wanted to pay at least I could still tip her. She saved my sons 3rd grade pictures. Thank you Kathy!!!

Did checkin online so I only waited 5 minutes after I got there. Lady that cut my hair was very nice and did a great job on cutting my hair the way I wanted it.

Here is the thing that most people do not realize about this hidden gem, most of the folks that work here could easily have their own place. I have been going here for years and there are a couple of people that work here there is always a line for. I see Leeann, she is the best.

Great with my boys. One has autism and they always accommodate him.
