Jazzercise Liberty Fitness Center

If you are looking for a workout that you can stick to this is it! Most woman stay for at least 7 years on average! I'm a lifer. ♥ As a Mom of 9 this is my me-time!! Jazzercise is a fun and efficient workout. All the instructors are friendly and make me feel comfortable. The routines are so fun! This is a great place to spend my time. Helping out with childcare for a discounted rate doesn't hurt either. All equipment provided. Body scanner included.

Started jazzercise in Liberty 5 years ago. I’ve kicked myself ever since that I didn’t find this workout sooner!! I absolutely love the workout, the friendships I’ve made and having fun while doing something good for ME!! I totally recommend Liberty Jazzercise!!

Seriously the only workout I've been able to stick with! Going on almost 3 years and I still get my butt up and to class everyday! They keep the music relevant with throwbacks every once in a while. Instructors are the BEST and I usually burn around 500 calories in a class. The community of ladies is the icing on the cake. So much support and encouragement comes from them; especially if you're having a rough day! Highly recommend! Also, the lady who owns the center is an active member and is so open to suggestions or anything you need to talk about!

After trying lots of different gyms and workout formats a friend of mine convinced me to try Jazzerise. Walking in the first day, I didn't feel it was the right "type of workout" for me. But almost a year later, I couldn't be more grateful for the Jazzerice Liberty Center. I've never laughed so much while working out. It is so fun!! And an incredible workout too! Burning maximum calories and having fun at the same time!
The center is so welcoming and embracing. There are options for you no matter where you are at in your exercise journey. And these women have become lifetime friends, we support each other through every anniversary, birthday, achievement, time of loss and so much more.
I can't encourage you enough to come try us out!!!

Update since January - Still going and loving it. it's been so much fun learning different routines to today's top 40 hits! I added a before and after class pic! Definitely get my sweat on! Ever since I stared I feel better mentally and physically. I love these jazz gals, they are my jazz family! They keep me going strong and super supportive. If I could tell you one thing.....come to one class here in Liberty and I know you will come back for more!

Jan 2021-First day was yesterday and went back again this morning! Felt right at home. Every one was nice, not judgemental. Instructor was amazing. Showed alternatives and very welcoming!

Took the "Fusion" class which was a combination of dance cardio and weight lifting. it was SO fun! The most fun I've had doing cardio. The community there was so welcoming. Everyone there has fun while working out making it a positive environment for all. Jaimee, the owner, is so passionate about what she does and it shows. Would 100% recommend if you haven't tried it before.

Great location! Beautiful space! 45 classes per week to choose from. You can go to as many or as few as you want. Childcare is offered for many of the class times. A fitness routine you can actually stick with! Great music, great moves, fantastically supportive people (both instructors and customers). The perfect mix to produce REAL RESULTS.

Never loved working out more! Amazing instructors, great hours and a supportive environment!
