Highly, recommend Jennifer Wagner, she is extremely professional, thorough and organized. She stands by her fiduciary obligation to her client. Jennifer conducts her business in an honest manner, and with integrity. Staff is competent, welcoming and accommodating. Fairly priced in comparison with other professionals. The outcome of my process was beyond my own expectations!

It's sad that people try to slander someone's name/reputation who, from what I see was making the best call for the children's sake.. not everyone is meant to be parents. With that said, I have heard great things about Jennifer Wagner. I look forward to contacting Jennifer about my case and hope for the best outcome when it comes to the custody of my daughter.

Have been with her for 8 months I'm 11-13 grand in nothing has happened on my behalf I've missed me daughter's entire first year of school (kindergarten) because she could not get me any better visitation than 2 hours every 2 weeks which cost me 200$ each time the staff at the visitation center were also some of the rudest insensitive people ever treated me like a criminal when I've never been in trouble and was constsrnyl told what me and my 5 year old daughter couldn't do in these visits to pass the time by it's a complete joke of a system and a complete money racket wouldn't be surprised if she's working with other side at this point based on evidence I've provided and incidents that have happened over past year from other party with no repercussions runs up your bill with emails even though I've requested to not be contacted by email only by phone answers the emails in the most vague open ended responses there 39.50$ each by the way.. complete joke and scam

Jennifer was totally biase. She never spoke to either daughter which is why she was hired to be their GAL. She only communicated with one party, gave poor reviews to the courts,but never spoke to anyone. Over priced for no work done,and swept the truth under the carpet. Made demands,but only unforced them to one party. Using her is like going to a pool with no lifeguard and not knowing how to swim.

Jennifer did the bare minimum when it came to being a GAL for us. She did not look into both sides of the story. Completely biased towards the other party. She did not maintain a meaningful relationship with my kids. When people children (lives) are a stake, you would think a person would do anything and everything to make sure that they are making the best decisions... apparently Jennifer does not.

I’ve heard so much through the community of how this attorney assaults women with attorney fees that TRIPLE what most expensive divorces cost. She seems to be as unethical as the grinch himself—only he had a heart.

Avoid her at all costs. She will ruin you more than your divorce. And she has no mercy for her clients (from what I’ve heard).

Not a honest person. Never stays in touch with the children. Never speaks to both sides of the party. Lies to the judge saying she has spoken to me. Never spoke to her in my life over my family. Now children are hurting over her actions.
