1st Time eating here. The guy at the place I'm picking up a load from recommended them.
Great little mom and pop place. The burger is huge and I got a big pile of fries !
This is all I could eat because the burger is so big and all the fries you get.
Super nice folks. They have a fish and tenderloin sandwich also. Chicken strips,chilli dog with cheese and other menu items. They got super busy while I was waiting for my food. I noticed they also had alot of regulars coming in. I see why. If you're in the area I would recommend stopping by and get some of their great food. I will definitely be back !

Anna is so sweet and is always willing to help out in any way. The chicken wings are the best in Kansas city. A little shop with big taste and always made with love.

Seriously, the best fish sandwich I've ever had! The sides have an amazing flavor. I love this place! It's a cute little Mom and Pop place and they treat you real nice. Good prices too.

The BEST Chicken Fried Chicken I've ever had. Large portions and steaming hot. Hubby loved the Gumbo too.

Delicious food brought to you by lovely folks. I arrived around the same time as one of the regulars, and they guided me through the menu going back and forth with the guy that must stop in all the time. I had the potato salad (deliciously creamy, the coleslaw, and the Friday special (rib tips). Awesome food and awesome people. If you work nearby and haven't stopped in for lunch you need to give it a shot.

Real home cooked food. Authentic soul food. I will be a regular. I had neck bones and they were so good!

The food was delicious and the service,"spectacular".Ann was quite witty as well.I haven't eaten there since the pandemic was in it's first year(2021).I went with two dear friends of mine for breakfast. We had a delicious meal with great service. Great restaurant!!!❤❤💛

Hands down best homemade food I’ve had all year. Plus, if you want some sweet tea that’s been done right, it’s here. Owners are super kind, and it’s refreshing to go to a family-run business. So glad I stumbled across this place because I will definitely be returning.

Just came in for lunch and had the fried basa fillet with fries and mac and cheese. I was very impressed with the sizable, hand made portions and tartar sauce. Everything is made to order and absolutely delicious. Service was prompt, friendly, and the price was incredibly fair. I can't wait to come back sometime should my job permit. This place is truly a local treasure not to be missed!

Amazing place! Best burger I ever had and the staff remembered me by the 2nd time I came back. They were great at making me feel like a regular and made my food right in front of me. It was hot, fast and actually tasted like real food as opposed to what you normally get in a drive through window. I will definitely be going back :)

I love this place and the owners! Angie and Kit are great people that serve great food. Come on in here and order some delicious home prepared food, and get treated like Family. Ask for Kits BBQ chicken wings, they are awesome!

Well 1st of all dont let the appearance fool you, not much to look at inside & out. But, the food is very good & as a person with a good appetite. I feel the portion is sufficient compared to the cost of a meal.
I've shared the food & recommended Anna's with others & they thought the same as myself. Awesome!

I'm a 53 yr old truck driver from Lincoln Nebraska , i have eaten food prepared from all over the states and the world due to my time in the military. By far this was the best meal I've had in years....outstanding homecooked comfort food made with love and pride and 2 of the most beautiful spirited women you'll ever meet. I highly recommend this restaurant and trust me get the greens....Love Anna's!!

First of all I checked out the reviews first before going and hopefully my review will help others as it is only MY opinion. This is a small place and they represented themselves very well during my visit. It is not a place of marble floors and walls but thank goodness it's not as then I probably would not be able to afford it. The food in my opinion deserved a 5 star. I am 48 and I have never had a pork chop as delicious as here and, as well priced. Everything was great including the staff. I will definitely make it a regular spot. That being said ....I believe not all reviews are fair to businesses because if a business rebuttals the review they tend to look stupid so I will speak out. I saw two 1 star reviews... 1 for no other than the was no vegetarian items on the menu... The menu is on line and there is green beans and other none meat items. it took you more time to write a review than it would have taken to look at the menu DUH! I wonder if this really should classify as a 1 star rating or if who wrote is looking for complaining on a daily basis. But a 1 star really? Suggestion don't go to a barbecue restaurant. The second 1 star rating seemed more like a bad visit which does happen even to the best of businesses. He had more of a "beef" but a 1 is harsh considering it is not a grab and go restaurant... that's McDonald s. It is easier to post a 1 and belittle someone when mad than to take the time to stop and brag on someone when the are doing a good job. So to wrap this up I am self employed and know that satisfying 1000's only few will take time to go on and give good review but if someone is mad or refuses to understand you bet they will review your company in a hurry. Give this place a shot you won't be disappointed in the quality this small business is offering.
