My family moved from 700+ miles away in Alabama, which COULD be a very difficult process in trying to purchase a home so remotely. But Peggy's tireless effort, communication, and attention to detail made the process seamless and closed the distance of 700 miles to virtually zero.

We had a very specific goal of finding a nice home on acreage, reasonably close to town. Peggy was able to help us identify several potential properties that met this criteria. On request, she travelled to any interesting property for us, would give us a virtual tour using Facetime, as well as give her on the ground feedback from what she saw. By the time we really zeroed in on a property, we were able to come visit in person and the home and land looked as beautiful as we saw in our virtual tour. Through Peggy's connections and resources, we were then able to quickly make an offer, go through inspections, and ultimately close on our new home on a tight timeline.
