The Gladstone Branch has been my office since 2000! I have met such wonderful and caring people that work her! Today I had the absolute pleasure of working with Terri! She listened with such compassion and help find all the best options for my situation! I'm so grateful to be a long time member of the Mazuma family!

Have to be honest I am not sure what her name was, but she was a younger woman with a nose piercing. She made my experience great! Not only did she help me with my request, but she was polite and friendly. Very personable as well as I enjoyed the conversation we had. Would definitely prefer that type of service to anyone

Having been a member of this CU since before they changed their name from Federal Employees Credit Union (1998), I am continually amazed and appreciative of the professionalism, care, patience, courteousness, and dedication (this list could go on) the staff has. Regardless of what you are bringing to them, you are ALWAYS treated like you are a VIP and made to feel like you matter!
