I haven't seen a Dr in over 10 years - was very anxious about going. Everyone at the clinic were very nice and helpful. Dr. Erica Gibson was just lovely. She listened to me and was very patient. I felt heard and she helped me. I highly recommend her.

I have always been a big fan of reviews and I usually take other reviews under high consideration. However, I do not believe Spira Care in liberty is 3 stars. I have moved from one doctor to the next one multiple times. And I have not received the love and care from anybody else like I get from this amazing team.

For once I came for a general checkup for my 1 year old and then for my 13 year old. Both times. I had an amazing experience with the staff. From being welcomed, flexible on submitting my paperwork, and checking up on my girls. My oldest one showed stress on her chart, and they were able to scheduled her with Dr. Hawkins. He is an amazing Behavioral Health offered here onsite, plus he sees patients after school hours.

Then I was very sick one day, and Dr. Erika Gibson treated me with medicine that worked almost immediately! I also got hypothyroidism, and before all doctors always have given me very short amouts of medicine having me call to get a prescription done before my treatment was over, that was frustrating, and time consuming, here at Spira care they have their lab, i can test for my Thyroid, and get a prescription. Shortly after I got better from my strep throat, I scheduled with her my yearly women's health checkup, and the experience was amazing. I feel like they have become part of my family.

I have not had a doctor since moving to the KC Metro area two years ago, so I was very relieved when this service was offered through my new employer. While a part of me has real reservations about an insurance company owning physician clinics, the simplicity of the process is very attractive in the complicated healthcare system of today. One simple call and I had an appointment for the current issue I wanted addressed as well as another appointment in a few weeks for a Wellness Check, complete with labs scheduled.

Yesterday's appointment went very well. I completed the online check in process at home to save time before my appointment. I was nicely greeted at the front desk, offered refreshments, given a brief tour, and taken back within just a few minutes. Cheryl was very nice and helpful in prepping for my visit. Malia, my NP, was very knowledgeable. She understood and addressed my concerns quickly. The lab tech did a fine job drawing my blood. And Lisa could not have been any better in her concern for my issues and helping refer me to a specialist in the network. This afternoon I received my lab test results along with a recommended prescription.

The entire process was very efficient and professional. Spira Care in Liberty has taken the anxiety and confusion out of trying to find a healthcare provider, in addition to a specialist, who can help me get my health back on track. I am very grateful and look forward to my next visit.

I was hesitant to make a same day sick appointment for this location because of the negative reviews, but went anyways and boy oh boy did they prove all of the negative reviews wrong. The staff up front are incredibly gracious and kind. The nurse taking my vitals was very attentive to my needs and the doctor listened to me, was patient and kind with me. The whole process was quick, effective and easy going. Thank you to all the ladies that took care of my sick self!

This was my first experience at a Spira Care Center and my best experience at a doctor's office. The facility was clean, modern and welcoming complete with snacks and drinks. The front desk staff were friendly. Krishelle, NP was so personable and professional. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE...I ESPECIALLY LOVE MY NEW DOCTOR, DR. KRISHELL....everyone is beyond polite and professional. I will refer all of my friends and family! I finally found a health care facility that's perfect for me. I would give ten stars if I could!

Everyone has been great. I've been twice now and one tele-health visit since April. My NP Rhonda is great. She listens to me.

Went for a 1230 appt, was a first visit and I was still in and out within an hour. I"m not sure why all these reviews are so bad. I had a great experience. Super clean facility, awesome friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone is super friendly! The front desk staff, Dr. Duke, Harley and Elaine are wonderful. Dr. Duke listens to your problems and responds with kindness and understanding. Highly recommend this place

I had a very good experience here. Dr Wiscombe was a no fuss doctor which I highly appreciate. My nurse was also great.

Went in for a yearly physical and had a good experience. Doctor was relaxed and didn't seem rushed. This location had only been open a week, there's things they are working through but over all I was happy.
