The salesperson was very polite. We tried multiple beds and firmness. We were not rushed or pressured at all. The experience was somewhat like going to an eye doctor. Did you like this bed better or that bed better. We were not pushed to buy one type or style from another. It was always about us and what bed we were most comfortable in. We have not gotten the bed home yet. So I can not comment on how we have been sleeping on it. But we are looking forward to getting it.

Charles was AMAZING! No high pressure sales, very personable, very knowledgeable, and did not try to guide me to the most expensive mattress. I'm sure we will love our mattress.

We went to Mattress Firm to pick out a bed for our elderly mom who had mobility issues. Mark was our sales person and he was one of the most knowledgeable salesmen we have ever dealt with. He helped us choose a good mattress and adjustable frame without high pressure sales. He gave us honest information and pro’s and con’s. He wasn’t in a hurry and we felt very comfortable purchasing the best immediately today. He gave us the best price and explained the store policies. He was even able to get it delivered quicker than expected. The store in Liberty, MO is where I will refer friends and return myself.
