I am in Ohio and none of the Kubota dealers around have online parts ordering. I have found Coleman and first time ordered a wrong part and called and they quickly got that order stopped and got me the right part and received it in a few days. Had to call again and order a deck belt and the parts department is really really really helpful! I have found my go-to parts place now!

I decided to give Coleman a try, I've been buying specialized Kubota parts elsewhere in the past. This company is good. Shipping was very fast and both the part and the shipping cost ended up being less expensive than my previous go-to site. I'm happy and will come back again.

They took the time to understand my project and help me choose exactly what I would need for my rental. Plus they patiently explained all the basics that I would need to know about the equipment. They even walked me through everything I should know for my first time loading and hauling heavy equipment on a trailer.

Very pleased with them, was surprised my package came in early but had a problem with UPS and the product must have fell through the box and they never realized.
But Coleman came to the rescue again and shipped a new one right away.

I originally ordered a part from my local dealer and after a week an a half they could not provide any shipping status other than they were waiting to hear from the warehouse. I called Coleman Equipment who confirmed parts on hand and promptly had my parts picked and shipped within hours. I had my parts in hand and tractor repaired in two days! Needless to say I canceled my local order and will work with Coleman Equipment on my parts needs in the future.

They may be hundreds of miles away, but they treat you like you're their biggest ordering customer and happily helping to ensure your order is complete and on its way. Great people to work with!

Very fast and well-packaged shipping. Have excellent availability of parts for a 2011 BX 2360. Very responsive to changing an order due to a customer parts mistake. I would buy from them again.

Very quickly got in touch about a part of my order that was no longer available and asked what I wanted to do. They issued a partial refund and got the remaining items to me just as quickly as if there were no hiccups! I will definitely use them again.

A very well made piece of equipment. The order was delivered on time and well packaged. The components fit together very well and appear very strong though I haven't yet had a chance to stress test them.

My only complaint is a minor one and is that the installation directions are somewhat difficult to appreciate -someone thought it was a good idea to use small b&w photos and cram the entire verbiage into an unnecessarily small space and then leave 2 blank pages!! A little more assistance would be useful or maybe my eyes are getting tired. Other than that, a great buy.
