Sleep Number

Katie helped us check out several of the different sleep number beds and all of the things the different ones did on the app you can use at home. She was amazing with communication and kindness. The store was clean and a nice temperature inside. I think that Katie help lead us in choosing the best bed for us. We will look for her when we go back in the future. Thanks Katie for being amazing at what you do!

We walked in knowing we were going to buy a new bed, however we were unsure of what we wanted. Not once did Jim (our sales guy) push us to buy anything. He came with a wealth of knowledge and was able to tell us about each and every bed. Now, we cannot wait for it to arrive!

James did a good job presenting the attributes of each of the mattress selections and helped us make an informed decision. The fact that we can change to a different option after 30 days gives us comfort that we won't have to live with a wrong choice.

I really can't brag on this bed. We haven't received it yet so this request for comment is premature. However, our salesman Jim was outstanding. He was outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. HE made the sale!

First visit and short on time. Got a lot of good information and tested after beds in less than 30 minutes. No pressure sales tactics!

Great customer service! James was great. He was very knowledgeable, was able to answer any questions we had and wasn't an over-bearing "salesman". He gave us our space and let us take our time in deciding on our purchase. They even had toys to help keep my 4 year old entertained while we shopped. Great experience and will buy from there again when I'm in the market.

We went into the Liberty store to better educate ourselves on the Sleep Number bed options and to test the comfort of each. We had the pleasure of working with Jade. She helped us through the process of learning more about each type of bed and mattress they had to offer. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! She was also very patient and kind throughout our time deciding what we wanted to purchase. We ordered our new bed that day and we look forward to improved and painless sleep! We would highly recommend this store and recommend that you ask for Jade!

The entire experience was fabulous. Professional store layout & design tells you up front these are seriously high quality beds. The body mapping they do to find your sleep number is some cool technology. Our salesman, Jim, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable & not pushy. He showed us the different beds & price points, explained how they worked, then left a while to let us explore beds & features. He was always nearby when we had a question. We've shopped other stores but this was the best experience! We are completely happy with the choice we made & can't wait to have our new bed delivered.

We already have a Sleep Number bed and were looking to upgrade. The staff was super friendly and helpful and let us navigate alone for awhile as well so we could discuss what we wanted without feeling pressure. Our salesperson was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.

We had a very good experience. We had done some research & knew what we wanted. Jade the sales associate showed us what options we had and we were able to make the best decision for our needs. She was very professional and easy to work with. We look forward to receiving our bed. This is the 4th sleep number bed we have purchased.

Our sales person, Jim, was great. He gave just the right amount of attention and instruction about each mattress. Then he just allowed my husband and me to experience each mattress on our own. We felt no pressure to buy any particular mattress, but we felt comfortable asking questions.

We had a great experience at the sleep number store in Liberty, MO. Walked in and had the majority of the store to ourselves which was nice to have one-on-one help. The associate there was very knowledgeable about the beds, the ins-and-outs and was able to help lead us to beds that fit out exact comfort & lifestyle at home. The only complaint is the associate was very good at her sales job because even though it was not intended, we walked out with a purchase of a bed after saying “not right now”. But what can you do? 😁

My experience with our store was better than I expected. I understand sales environments and my guy James gave me enough space to have a good conversation with my wife and game me a good time after we left the store before he called for us to try other beds that didn’t quite measure up. If James had called up too soon we likely would have gone a different route but he gave us over 48 hours too look around and called at perfect timing.

Jade was very friendly and helpful. We thought we knew which matress we wanted but she recommended us coming in to try some others out. In the end, we did find something that we liked better and spent less than we thought we would.

My husband has been having trouble sleeping for awhile so when we hear Sleep Number was having a sale we decided go in. We went to the Liberty, MO store and James Leseman helped us find the perfect bed for us. If you want a good night’s sleep then tell them Pam and Robert Ford sent you.

It was amazing! They work with you to custom fit a bed just right for you individually. Jade is a fantastic person to work with. Lovely showroom.

Loved going to the store and checking out the beds and finding the one that was right for me. The salesperson James was AWESOME and very helpful. Now I can't wait to get my adjustable bed.
