Of course it happens Thursday evening at the beginning of Memorial Day weekend 2024! I get home and see that my back driver tire has split the sidewall in 3 different places! (Thank goodness I made it home!) I called Discount Tire the next morning and they had exactly what I needed and were able to get me in and out in the same day!!! Fantastic customer service and the people working on the cars have a very streamlined system and are fast!!! Definitely would recommend!!!

Shout out to Harry for taking care of my tires! Ask for him when you get there. Harry answered all my questions and concerns professionally and helped decide best set of tires for my budget. I did have an issue after new tires were put on but Harry made sure to take care of it, so ended up being a pleasant first time experience at discount tires.

I had insurance claim going on at the time, the technician working on my tire replacement was nice enough to help me make record of the rim damage, which helped getting approval for full rim replacement.

Great shop and great people! Will continue to come back to this place in the future.

Had a tire blow out on my way home from work on Friday evening. I have an odd tire size, 265-45. Called at 5:30pm, 30 minutes before they closed, and they had the tire ordered for arrival Saturday morning. Had my car towed there Friday night. First thing Saturday morning, I received a text a little after 8 am. saying my car was in the stall being worked on, and 30 minutes later, it was done. Exceptional customer service by this crew every time, and it is much appreciated! Always bring my cars here and will always bring my cars here for my tire needs.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this store. The staff are all courteous and professional. They have the tires I want at a good price, and they do awesome work. It is that simple. I like simple.

We took our camper in this morning and they were absolutely amazing. They were all very polite. Changed all 4 tires and topped off my truck tires. I bet I wasn't there for 35 minutes. I highly recommend them. Thank y'all so much for taking care of us on short notice

Made an appointment online and paid four four tires. When I arrived they quickly checked me in and then I only waited a few minutes until they had my car in a bay. Brian was very speedy and kept everyone in the shop moving efficiently. I was in and out in about 35 mins.

The moment you arrive you can tell this is a well run operation. The counter staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and know their tires. Ask for Bobby. He was great. The store mgr is actively involved from greeting customers, helping the front counters, and working with the tire techs in the bays. Everyone here was customer focused and professional. Their process is fast and efficient. You get text updates with the status of your vehicle and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. If you need tires this is a great place to go!

Called this morning to get my car in, I had a screw in my tire . Caleb asked me if I could come in in 10 minutes. Customer service here was fantastic. I am very pleased. Thanks Caleb for making me feel important.

Great first experience! I walked in with a flat (no appointment scheduled) and knew I would likely have to just replace the tire. There was no wait time and the staff was very helpful when answering my questions. I ended up getting new tires (all of mine were fairly worn down) and everything was done in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be going back! Shout out to Dylan and Anthony for helping me out!

This place is great!! I was in and out in an hour. Dylan was exceptional at helping me from start to finish. Definitely where I will go for all my tire needs.

I ordered tires online and made an appointment 6 days prior. I received two or three confirmation texts about my appointment in the days before.

I showed up to my appointment and it was taking a very long time to get in. After being 20 minutes late a nice man came out and explained my tires haven't shown up. I was very frustrated. I decided to cancel the order and left. Not even 5 minutes later the manager called and offered me a better tire for the same price. They then stayed open an hour late for me to come back and get the tires on.

Long story short, I will definitely come back to this store and give them my business. They earned it!

Great customer service. Went in to see what it would cost to repair the damaged valve stems on my car caused by oil change technition rushing to replace valve caps and cross-threading them. They put me in for flat repair and replaced both damaged valves and got me back on the road at no cost.

I like to read the negative reviews along with the good. My review is based on my experience. For me personally this was the first time I have come to any Discount Tire. I looked at the tires I selected online but instead of ordering I called in so I could set the appointment and confirm the tires. I was told they would be there by the next day but I set the appointment 2 days later as that fit theirs and my schedule. Upon arrival I was greeted and checked in. They had me park and wait for the next associate to come up to get some more info. I watched the guys working since I was sitting there for about 5-10 minutes. The employees were very efficient and quick with their work. At that time the next associate came out and got my mileage and then did a walk around the truck. It did look like they had a mobile device checking my current tires. Was asked when I had my wipers changed last then I went in to pay since I hadn't paid yet. The associate did try to upsell their extra road hazard package but couldn't justify the extra 40+ a tire to pay for it. There wasn't any pressure just asked me if I wanted it. After that I pulled in and they had me back on the road in about 25-30 minutes. The guy who did my tires after pulling the truck out brought me my key fob and he was polite and in good mood. I thanked him and left.

I think the last part is important in the review as I read some other reviews about the service. I personally in my lone visit could say all the employees were polite to me and seemed in good spirits. I seen in the bays guys working but never seen any body postures or gestures of upset workers. Now at the pace they were going I could see how some reviews talked about attitudes but in my lone experience I did not see nor receive any poor attitudes. So the next time I need tires/rotation/flat repair they earned my business for the next time and I would recommend to my friends based on my experience.

I got new tires from Discount Tire in Liberty today, and I came here to write a review because I was so thoroughly impressed by the hustle and effort from the team today. They run a great business at Discount Tire in Liberty and I will be a returning customer the next time I need some tires.

Got me in right at my appointment time. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Had my two tires replaced and I was out in 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for much better.

Literally saved me! I’m from Oklahoma and one of my tired blew, next thing I know two of them were bad. Said I wouldn’t make it out of Missouri! They did what they could to help me out. This was already a bad trip because I came to see my dying dad, and they helped ease some of my stress. I can not thank them enough!!!
