Not only was he patient with us being so picky about what we were looking for, he offered advice and suggestions regarding the home buying experience and the houses we looked at. He went above and beyond countless times; including meeting with the Home Depot carpet reps THREE times just to get it right and because we were out of state.
Tiffiny Messa is on the ball! She kept us up to date on paperwork needs, wire transfer instructions, etc. We had more than enough notice to get all of our action items completed which made for less stress!
Finally, owner Shane Griffin was available. That doesn't happen all of the time. When we were working on issues at the last minute (weekend stuff), Shane stepped up and helped us get connected and find the answers we needed.
