Northtown Auto Clinic

This is my first experience taking my vehicle to Northtown Auto Clinic and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with an auto repair shop. Erin kept me up to date with the issues going on with my vehicle. She was super professional and extremely polite and for me excellent customer service goes a very long way. The mechanics were very good and tracking down the issue with my vehicle. They will definitely become my go to for any auto repairs I may have to have done in the future and I will refer anyone to them for auto repairs done right at a very fair price.

These folks have been in business for 40 years for a reason. Brett has been there forever. They absolutely know what they are doing, any make and model; they can fix it. They are good but they are not the cheapest place in town...but they are professional and high quality. Great communication about the work too. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there.

Birdie, our E 350 Van was resurrected back to life by these wonderful people! We'll be forever grateful for their kindness, honesty, great communication, and fantastic work they did to get us up and running safely again. If we lived in the area, they would be our go-to, without question, for any maintenance or problem. We live in northern Minnesota, and will definitely stop by to thank them again when we pass through. We highly recommend Northtown Auto Clinic, no hesitation!! They are the best!!

I initially just came to this shop just to get a state inspection but have found a home for all of my cars needs! It quickly became clear that the service they provide is above and beyond what I would consider standard. If you’re lucky enough to deal with Erin at the front desk, you’re in good hands!

Great customer service. They also saved my tire that had a nail in it. The tire was still new but another company told me it couldn't be repaired it had to be replaced which would be 400$. Northtown repaired it for 50. My new home for tires!

The whole experience was great. From the initial calls to arrange services, to the service advisor people’s professional skills and the total work done by the mechanic team. Super happy with our final results. Thanks to everyone involved in making the whole process work smoothly.

Northtown Auto was incredibly awesome at my most recent visit (and in the past btw). They looked into a problem with my vehicle that was under warranty and documented well, giving me a detailed rundown both over the phone and later when I had questions in the shop. They spent the time to discuss what my options were, and made sure they got a best effort in identifying the problem with multiple test drives to make sure it was alright.

They stood behind their work saying if their comparably short diagnostic missed it, they would continue the rest of that more full diagnostic if it was a deeper issue. They are for sure my go to shop for their communication and transparency.

This place is amazing. They are friendly and when it comes to figuring out what is wrong with your car, they are always right on. Erin is very knowledgeable and always upfront with everything. I will always be taking my car(unless it's a new car) to them. I will always recommend them to my friends and family.

The team was super professional and polite. Northtown added the workload of my vehicle into their schedule super fast, I didn’t even need to wait 24hrs for my work to be done. Also having a loaner vehicle for me to use was a major plus, I didn’t need an Uber nor a rental car to keep me going with my busy schedule. The office staff was great, Marcos is awesome, and I would definitely return for any other auto repair needs!

Are you looking for a fairly priced, reliable, and fast shop to take your car to? These guys are the people to go see.

The front desk is honest and caring. They also understand that people are busy and always make sure to keep you updated on your automobile’s status. Been going to them for years and will not switch.

The mechanics are car enthusiasts and understand good car dynamics. They know what it takes to make your car always feel like new when leaving the shop.

They have personally saved me thousands of dollars. We take two cars to them at least every 2-3 months. Foreign or domestic’s, these guys have it covered.

As usual, they took good care of me and my vehicle. I have never had any issues with them trying to coerce more money out of me. Great place. Highly recommend

As with most places, would be nice if prices would stop going up faster then companies can raise their hour wages. A+

I was given a full explanation of the inspection, the waiting room was warm and inviting, they were able to change my appointment time with no problems and I didn't have to wait long.

Excellent service! They found a mistake a different buciness made on my last service that was causing my car to leak oil. Will be a lifetime customer!

As soon as I walked into the establishment, I was met with a smile. The receptionist quickly assessed my needs and got me in and out. The waiting area is comfy and clean. I would definitely return for future needs.

I had some maintenance work done on my high-mileage Rogue and was given courteous, respectful treatment by the office staff from appointment-making to
bill playing.
The work and cost needed was less than initially quoted - a pleasant surprise.
A friend steered me toward these folks, and I will tell others about my very good experience.

Made an appt for an IDOD inspection and was welcomed when I walked in they got me in and out quickly! Very nice staff and efficient! Highly recommend!

Call ahead for an appointment if you can. The staff and service was exceptional. The lady at the front desk was friendly, understanding and easy to talk to.

Unfortunately life happened and my car needed to be tested. Erin helped me out again and was understanding, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Can’t say enough good things about this awesome place! Thank you for your help, again!

Brought my car in for diagnostics. While there’s a lot of work recommended, they were clear in which were immediate safety concerns vs repairs which should be considered in the future. I appreciated the system they use to show observed damage & itemized repair costs - it really helped with informed decision making. Within 5 hours of arrival diagnostics were complete, essential parts were replaced & I had my vehicle back. I didn’t need it but I did learn they offer loaner vehicles free of charge, when available. Erin was especially knowledgeable, friendly, & made the entire process easier to understand. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
