From the moment I first called, through the viewing and service and even after, they treated our family with respect and a caring manner.

The chapel was perfect, they were very accommodating and thought of every detail.

John has a ton of humanity. Our family had some differences and he did everything he could to accomplish the best experience even if we lost a loved one

When our 9 month old passed from medical complications we choose a funeral home based on where older relatives had been and we had seen the family treated well. The staff with Hidden Valley was compassionate, caring, courteous, and sensitive during the funeral, burial, and headstone process - not just with my husband and I as parents, but will all our guests amd pastor too. John was very knowledgeable of area cemeteries and helped us choose one that better matched our wishes than the one we had looked at before our daughter passed.

My husband and I live in Delaware and our loved one passed away in Kansas. We were able to arrange everything via phone and text. Jordan was very helpful in meeting our needs from a distance. I would personally recommend Hidden Valley funeral services to anyone that needs a caring, professional service that alleviates their stress. I would give them a 20 out of 20. Hidden valley and Payton Hunter were amazing when my grandfather passed. Payton took care of us and made things very easy to understand. She was also so kind and loving toward us. The makeup and the work they did on my grandfather was amazing and he looked so peaceful.

I can not say enough great things about John and Tina. They made sure that every want and need were taken care of. In an emotional time, they thought of things that we hadn't even thought of. They took care of every detail so we didn't have to worry about anything. My family can not thank them enough.

The staff here is amazing. They really take their time to make sure your needs are met and questions are answered. They really helped me through the process and you can tell that they care about their clients. If I could give over five stars I would!
