We were able to make cremation and memorial service arrangements very quickly and with low stress during our very difficult time of the loss of our daughter. No pressure sales tactics from staff was a relief,they made information available, always returned calls and emails quickly and accommodated our requests as quickly and accurately as they could. I was impressed with how easy it was to rely on their technical know-how with the flash drives, and the old school pictures and cd's we needed to incorporate into the service. We really feel like they made our experience their priority, and we thank them for that.

Church Archer Pasley has been so amazing and comforting to our family. When my brother unexpectedly passed away at just 20 we were completely distraught and blindsided by all the was to do and take care of when someone passes. After meeting with Brian, our funeral director, everything changed. He literally took care of everything and lifted such a weight from our shoulders. He made sure we understood and felt comfortable with every decision. He treated us as if we were his own family and he put together such a beautiful service for my baby brother. I can not express enough how wonderful him and the staff at Church Archer Pasley are.

My mom passed very unexpectedly on April 30, 2020. We were in shock and honestly didn't know anything about planning a funeral from beginning to end (also Covid threw us for some loops). Alena Haskins has been AMAZING from our first meeting on. I can text her and she answers me very quickly and with so much compassion. People may not realize how the COVID tragedy has completely overwhelmed every aspect of daily life- especially funeral homes.
They are not only dealing with the normal amount of deaths that occur at any given time (as was the case with my beloved father), but the unique, unrelenting circumstances during a pandemic.

Brian & Alise have been genuinely sympathetic, empathetic & personally engaged with us throughout the entire process- not least of which, is instantly remembering very specific details of our family & situation upon answering the phone, while greeting me by my first name.
These things may not seem so extraordinary on their face, but when you’re grieving the unexpected loss of your dad, while having to consider social distancing guidelines in making final arrangements & all the other matters that need to be dealt with following the death of a loved one, that type of personalized service, attention to details & true kindness is by far, the EXCEPTION, not the rule & is appreciated more than words can say!

My experience with Church Archer Pasley was quality from our initial meeting through our exit meeting. Bryan displayed compassion during the funeral planning. The actual funeral was exactly as planned. The grave sight was highlighted by a well orchestrated balloon release. Finally, a few weeks after the funeral, I needed some documents. Bryan sent them in a very timely fashion.
Overall, I would recommend Church Archer Pasley for funeral care with dignity.

Church-Archer-Pasley and Chris Masoner were absolutely wonderful in handling all the details of my mother's recent cremation and burial -- handling all the paperwork for the death certificate, finding our family burial plot, arranging for the headstone updating, and going with me to the interment.
