Hit brand new tires for a relatively good price. It didn't take Long and they got me right in. Everyone was very nice. Ih I even got a pretzel at auntie Anne's. They was delicious

Need to have a battery terminal replaced, they didn't have the one to fit my vehicle. But the guy working the desk called Midas personally and told them my situation and sent me their direction.

They are often times busy but due to factors out of their control. The staff and technicians are great and always leave my car in great shape. I love coming here for fix ups because it is always a fair price for the service. As a female college student, I'm always aware of mechanics trying to sell me something extra, but I like this center cause they are always honest.

Had my tires rotated and balanced. The person that checked me in was great. Very pleasant and helpful. Also the manager was very nice.

Tires were put on quickly and professionally, in fact, they were able to get us in earlier than our scheduled appointment when we got a flat tire.

Never had my vehicle serviced here, but always use this store’s auto care entrance. Staff have always been nice and I’ve never waited long when checking out. They have been helpful in locating hard to find or hidden filters and the like so I’m in and out without any issue.

GreT price. I got 5 years from my old battery. Hopefully I'll get another 5 years!

7:30 am this morning at Excelsior Springs Vic was very friendly, inviting. His I-pad show they had 9 tires the size I needed, but visual confirmation show they only had one. Bought that one to quickly replace trouble tire from the day before. No more flats today. About 8:30 am after arriving at nursing home to visit hubby called the store on north Antioch in Gladstone. Kelley washer you helpful. Went over in the afternoon for the other tire. Will return Friday for two new ones on back of van.

Great experience the tire center helped me out today got me back on the road. Anthony and William were very friendly hard working guys

Auto center was excellent, tires were on sale. 😊 Mechanic inspected each tire with me before recommending anything. The young lady at the register was great. Advise to get there early, the wait is a little long.

Lena is an amazing manager and is nothing but helpful and kind, she is on top of the ball and always making sure customers are in and out quickly and feel taken care of.

I would recommend this service center to anyone who needs something fixed or just general maintenance on their car.

Prices beat the competitors however you will pay for this with your time because the service is never fast. I know this and still today it put me in a bad mood. So I left with the same tires on my car after attempting to make a Friday appointment. I ordered the tires and had them shipped directly to this store but they still remain unable to locate all four tires. Reggie in the Automotive department at the Gladstone Walmart has definitely made this situation better. Putting in the extra effort to locate the tires even on his day off. So Reggie is you read this. Thanks for your kindness and all your hard work!

Needed a new battery for my car. I called them up to confirm that they had the correct one and the employee was very helpful. Drove straight there and was able to have battery installed very quickly. Have never used them before but will use them again.

Had to get new tires. They were very quick putting the on & getting me out the door

The team there took very good Care of me. They are now my go to for tire service and oil change. They have a much better attitude and availability than many of the more expensive alternatives.

Came in at 8am sharp to a line leftover from black Friday auto deal.. initially they said it would be a 2.5 hour wait before my vehicle would be seen but it only took them 1hr to complete my request and the people's request that were ahead of me.. honestly I'm impressed and very satisfied with the service. Thank you Wal-Mart:)

The experience at this store compared to other wal mart tire and lubes was an eye opener. They actually provide the customer with excellent service and run a very tidy repair shop with a knowledgable service manager-(Anthony). He was right on my tire order and had them in front of me in less than 10 minutes.

I tried to make 2 previous purchases at other Walmarts for tires and the automotive departments were in disarray and very unorganized with very loose inventory. Every Walmart automotive needs to base their standards off of this automotive department. I will be making the 45 minute drive to this place just for the service and peace of mind.

The manager Gilbert went above and beyond for me today! Never had a problem with them and they are cheaper than any other place around.

Other places quoted me $100 in labor to install my low beam bulbs. I bought the bulbs at Walmart and installation was free!!!

Had the fish. Would definitely go there again food was excellent hush puppies fried mushrooms and onion rings. Quaint little place
