Cory & Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Cory and her team genuinely care about their clients and their success. We initially had Cory helping us find a commercial space to lease but when the spaces didn't match up with our vision she took the initiative to ask us if we had any interest in purchasing. Long story short Cory showed us 1117 W Main and although it was a pretty creepy walk through we knew we wanted to purchase it. This space is stuck in time so to speak, it hasn't been occupied for many years, its a 100 + year old building needing a complete gut plus structural repairs.
