Doug Soper did a super job. Can't say enough about him. He kept me informed on what was going on every step of the way, and his crew started promptly at 8:00am every morning. I got three quotes and his was the middle one, it doesn't always pay to go the cheapest route. He did not require a deposit and there were no surprises on the final bill..

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Doug Soper and his crew!! They did the job (1,400 sqft.) all in one day on a Saturday in January, the same week I first spoke to Doug. Doug and his crew were fast, accurate, affordable, clean, professional, and kind. They even fixed the holes that were left by the builder where birds were getting in. Doug Soper is the owner of Restoration Roofing. He is a responsive, reliable and a man of integrity. If he says he will do it you can count on it. He has a hard working crew that leaves your property better than they found it. We could not be more pleased with the roof replacement his company provided. He lives nearby and is well known in this area. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any repairs or replacement of your homes roof. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed working with Doug! He was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of explaining what was needed for our roof repair. Doug was quick to respond and had our roof repaired within days! It was a small job but Doug treated us with the same urgency of a much larger repair. We have used Restoration twice now for repairs (one commercial building repair and one home repair). We will definitely be using Doug and Restoration Roofing in the future for repairs or full roof replacement.

Doug came out and expertly diagnosed our roof issues after a big storm. He and his team sprung into action and fixed our roof before we had any water damage. And all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend and work with again!

Doug and the team at Restoration Roofing did an amazing job getting our roof replacement done quickly. We were in the process of selling our home and after inspection the buyers wanted a new roof and our insurance company agreed. Because an appraisal was necessary, Doug got his team out there as quickly as possible and did our entire roof tear off and new roof install in a day.

The roof install was a first for us but the team worked efficiently and kept the job site very clean on a windy day. After the job was completed Doug came out and did his own inspection of the install and walked our perimeter and moved benches and tables to confirm clean up was done to his satisfaction.

Doug explained the whole insurance process to us so nothing was a surprise and went exactly as he said it would. Doug was very nice! Came out quickly to quote us for the repair. Then came out that following weekend with a member of his crew to do said repair. Cost was very reasonable and he even told us exactly how to do something ourselves so we wouldn't have to have another person come out! We will definitely use them when we completely replace our gutters in a few months.

Restoration Roofing was contacted to assist us with the removal and replacement of a substandard, leaking roof on a home that was less than two years old. The entire project was completed in less than two days. The roofing team was highly professional, and we were very impressed how clean and free of debris the work setting, including our lawn and landscaping, were left upon job completion. The owner of the company met with us, explained what the project would entail, and provided a comprehensive, written warranty. We definitely recommend and will use Restoration Roofing for future related needs.

Doug was great to work with to replace our roof. He is a professional who knows roofing and provides helpful advice for consideration in selecting who completes the job. Doug came out and right away as he spoke to us about our roof issues, concerns and insurance I knew that he had a servant's heart. First and foremost he was here to take care of us. He worked to give us as much information we would need to make an informed decision. We spoke to about a dozen of his former customers and they all could not say enough about him and his crew. We were told he was very honest and he is. We were told his crew works hard not just for the homeowner, but for Doug the owner of the business because he takes good care of his employees. His employees are outstanding in their work ethic and the need to make sure everything is done in a timely manner and they clean up any messes made each day. We were told that Doug worked with insurance companies making sure each homeowner got their needs met. For us we had 40 year shingles that needed to be replaced. Doug continued to work for us to make sure the insurance company did not give us 30 year shingles. Doug went above and beyond and we got 50 year shingles. So many times insurance questioned something and Doug would need to come back out and do what was needed for the insurance company in order to get the quality of workmanship we needed. Doug is familiar with the various counties' building code guidelines for roofing. For Clay County building code guidelines require an ice and water barrier around the eaves. Doug not only did the eaves, but he did the valleys, the skylight, our chimney. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He did it because it was in our best interest. If I could give Restoration Roofing 10 stars I would. We felt very cared for, we knew what all the costs were, Doug preferred we paid him instead of the insurance company paying him so we could be well informed of all costs and know he was honest with us for all fees. Restoration Roofing puts their customers first.

We used this company to fix a some missing shingles from a December storm. Doug made it out to do an estimate the same day that I called. He had his crew out the next day to get our shingles repaired. Other places I called previously either didn't return my call or never showed up. This is the most reliable and honest roofing company I have found. I will certainly use them in the future!

I tried to get 5 other companies to repair my clay tile roof, for which I had already purchased the tiles, but none of them wanted to repair...they wanted to replace the whole roof and have my insurance pay for it. The house is 117 years old and we'd just had the "felt" or underlayment replaced 15 years ago; the roof was mostly in good condition. Doug Soper not only did the repairs in a professional manner, he did so at a cost that was $1,600 less than his original proposal when he figured out a more efficient way to do the work, and he was very congenial, as well as being honest. The guys who worked for him did so safely, approximately 50 feet above the ground, on top of our 3 story house. It's unusual for me to me this happy and excited about a home repair company and person, and am grateful for the wonderful service. ❤

The guys at Restoration Roofing did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. Very honest and easy to work with. Everything was handled professionally and the work area was kept clean. You would never know they were there (except for the nice looking roof). I have already recommended them to several people. STAMP OF APPROVAL! Well Done!!

He was able to get out to my place the same day I called him and was immediately able to assess my problem and provide the most cost effective solution.
