That wasn’t even Theirs to begin with. Knowledgeable and treating people with respect goes a long way. Good business… I would use them if I had a need with roofing for sure.

After a giant tree fell on my house, my insurance recommended a contractor. I had them come out to put a tarp over the hole in my roof. They then proceeded to charge $4300 for a $20 harbor freight tarp that didn't even cover the damaged area. I was furious and reached out to my realtor for his best contractor he uses. Elite Master Contractors was his recommendation and couldn't have been a better one. They did a very thorough inspection of the damage which insurance did not, and were able to determine the actual scope of work needed, which was far greater than the insurance adjuster determined. They were able to fight for me and deal with insurance and make the process as smooth as it can be. JD, Jessica, and Brandon were all very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had at any time. If they were not available at that moment they very very quick to respond unlike my insurance company which attempted to drag things out as long as possible. They have some really good people working for them and they did all did a great job. I would recommend this company 100% and were able to bring my house back to an even greater status than it was before the incident. Great group of folks. I cannot say enough great things about Derrick and his crew. Not only did they offer me a great price, the entire crew showed professionalism and were punctual everyday! They took a job which we thought would be a nightmare, worked with our insurance company and made sure that the process was streamlined and simple. These guys know what they are doing, they got everything approved and covered 100% by my insurance. The work was top notch and got done a bit ahead of schedule. We had our roof, gutters, siding and garage door all replaced by Elite Master Contractors. They did a wonderful job. The owners were on site the whole time everything was being done. Brandon came out personally to oversee the crew. Honest and fair pricing. If you are looking for a great roofing company you can stop, look no further. This team found 3 leaks and replaced some shingles. No upselling , no overcharging, just good professional service you can depend on.
