Honestly, I signed on to complain, but man did they turn it around fast. I came in the early morning hours, irritated and tired. I went to the register with $4.18 worth of items and asked if I too early to cash in scratcher tickets. The cashier did not answer simply said how much is it? I went and scanned my tickets to find that I had $6 and took them over to the register meanwhile I ran my card for the $4.18 which it gave The telltale ding that it had gone through. The cashier hands me what's left of the $6 for the purchase of my items. She didn't know I needed the cash and I wasn't trying to cash in my tickets for purchase. I explained that was not what I asked to do, that I had only asked if it was too early to accept scratchers. Further annoyed, the cashier explained that they could not undo a lottery cashing in I admittedly walked out ina huff. I got in my car and was going to get on Google and express my frustration further however the cashier came outside and handed me cash which could only have come from her own pocket because otherwise the door would not be even. I gave attitude originally, did not clarify my request when asking about scratchers and created a bit of the scene when I huffed out but this cashier went above and beyond to make sure that I left happy and I feel that that is necessary to be commended. Good job cashier and thank you I know it was just a small thing, but it was a big deal to me. Sincerely

Across the street from Harrah's, this is your best stop for smokes, snacks or ATM money before paying the inflated rates at the casino.

Staff has always been helpful and food/drink selections are larger than most convenient stores. FREE air pump for your tires is a rarity now a days but they have that as well. Loyalty card option available if you frequent the area.

Good place. Never disappoint. Great customer service. A good employee named Angela Garcia. I think she works to hard. She did good tho. I think she deservers a raise because she always has a smile on her face when a customer walks in .

They have big red on fountain. I'm editing my review because I was lucky enough to try their biscuits and gravy. Omg it's amazing. Ill be stopping here every morning. And the staff is super nice

Clean, stuff are nice. Food is alright. Has many items to pick from. Have noticed people sleeping in their cars the early morning hours. I didn't feel safe after dark

A good stop and fuel up option. Gas and snacks. Not the cleanest of places but will get you back on your way quick.

This place has what you expect at a gas station, not so much a convenience store.
In other words, it is a good place to get gas but if you want anything else it is terribly inconvenient.

Great location. I was a bit surprised that a half gallon of 2% milk was $4.63 with tax. That's downright wallet assault!

Nice employees

This store has just about anything anywhere else does but knowledgeable employees. 1030 a.m. on April 2nd was my visit. Couldn't use rewards. Clerk had no knowledge of how to sign in and apply rewards and explained to me that Phillips 66 didn't like people to use rewards. Crazy.

Pay at the Pump was broken. Had to walk in to the shop a total of 6 times for them to get it right. Cashier doesn't know how to use the register, then doesn't know how to turn on the pumps. What should have been a 5 to 10 minutes pit stop took 20 minutes. I should have driven further to find a station with diesel and I would have still gotten home earlier.
