She worked hard throughout our first time home buying experience to make sure our family got what we needed and wanted, always putting our best interests first. She consistently exceeded expectations from finding financing and home shopping all the way to closing day. The choice of who represents you as a buyer or seller is very important and you can count on Kelly for anything! We got our home for a great price in a sellers market and for very little out of pocket. I will personally recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

Kelly was very helpful through the entire process. She got me and my wife more out of our house than we thought was possible, and was very easy to work with. She took the time to answer any questions that me and my wife both had, and when there were issues or news, Kelly told us right away. Overall, Kelly was on top of it, helped address issues as soon as they popped up, and took the time to explain everything. Well where do I start? This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. I called Kelly because I wanted to look at a particular house..she said "Lets get a list of 15 so we can look at a bunch of houses". I thought this was a little extreme but did as I was asked. I soon would find out why. We made our way through those houses so fast because of foundation issues or water in the basement or this problem or that problem that I would have never know o even look for. So as we checked those first 15 houses off the list I started to feel a little discouraged. But then there is Kelly who is one of the most energetic and outgoing people I have ever worked with. "Find another list of houses" she says so the following weekend we zipped through another list found one we liked. We had an issue with the first house that we made an offer on and her knowledge was able to get us out of the home we were first interested in. And after a couple more weekends and couple dozen more homes we finally found the one we loved. She told us what we needed to do to get the house we LOVED..I still cant believe everyday that I get to call it home. Thanks Kelly for everything you were a great help and I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to have a pleasant experience.

Kelly Sloan sold my mothers house in amazing time and was able to make my mom money in the process! We thought all along my mom was going to have to owe. Kelly is a real go getter. She is first and foremost a marketing guru. She doesn't just list you, she advertises everywhere, including a radio talk show. Her advice as to what to repair, fix and do was so dead on. Having someone in your corner that is highly competitive is a real plus. She has done rentals for me and sold my home in the country in less than 2 weeks. She can calm me down in a heartbeat which isn't easy. I would recommend her company and her personally to anyone!

Keep your money folks! This company lies and misleads you at the Blue Springs location. They tell you one thing on the phone like $125 for everything plus the extra keys needed, then when they come they give you a bill for $378!!!!!! All I wanted to do was keep my business in Blue Springs! Never again will I call this company!!!!!
