Our whole experience was fabulous. We were in town for a wedding shower over the weekend when our car broke down. The professionals at Midas were able to fix our car within the first few hours of being open on Monday and my kids and I were able to make the six-hour drive back home that same day. Thanks so much for making a difficult situation so much better! I would give 6 stars if I could.

Professional, friendly and efficient staff at this location! Was in and out for an inspection appointment for my vehicle in less than 15 minutes. Usually there’s a lot of extra hassle when regarding inspection appointments, but Midas made it quick and easy for me to get in and out! 10/10!

Excellent customer service from the start. I called inquiring about having my brake system looked at and serviced. They put me down in the books and I took my car first thing in the morning of my appointment. Before working on my brakes, Jason Howe called me to let me know exactly what the issue was along with recommended services I ought to consider later down the road. Before I knew it, my car was ready for pickup by early afternoon. Overall, customer service was excellent, scheduling was simple and the service was outstanding!

We've been coming to this location for years. They always do a great job. If we have a problem, which is rare, they make it right asap. They have a waiting area inside the lobby. You can hang out while they work or leave your car. There's a restroom if needed as well. They usually get the work done same day.

Highly recommend this spot. They are so helpful and actually care. Jason quite literally saved our car. Good prices and great customer service.

I went to Midas for a full synthetic oil change.
I did some comparative price checking before coming in and the oil change here was a great price! Jason assisted me at the desk and was extremely efficient, clear and concise in answering any questions I had. I waited at the front and used the available WiFi for work. I asked them to check out my tire with a slow leak additionally, and the mechanics noticed another tire with the metal mesh coming through that needed replacement. They changed the tired out at the same time for me and the entire service was done very quickly! Thanks again to Jason for being so helpful and maintaining a comfortable environment in the office ares alongside his friendly coworker Billy. Great place!

I needed an ID/OD inspection and Noom and Jason were so helpful. They squeezed me in late Friday afternoon and got my inspection done so fast. I will definitely be back!

Jason and another technician were extremely helpful! They provided quick service and valuable information. My son and I had taken a possible car purchase in for an inspection and we felt very secure with the information and explanations given.

Some of the best customer service I’ve received, hands down. My car had a little vacation there (no fault of the store) and the communication was top notch! It was obvious that Noom, Jason, and Billie really cared and I wasn’t just a money sign. While they weren’t able to actually fix my car, it was something that was out of their hands. They all were apologetic even though there wasn’t anything any of us could do to speed things up. Without a doubt, if I’m in the neighborhood and need work done, I’m going there! 10/10

Once again I’m beyond impressed by the honesty of Midas. Stopped in during a trip through Missouri to check out my brakes, suspecting it’s time for new pads, and was told by Jason that I still have enough - 5mm on my front and 8mm on my rear. It could have been an easy sale, a quick buck pulled from someone a long way from home, and yet they continued their insistence of being honest. It’s so rare these days!

Midas will remain my trusted source for qualified and HONEST service. Kudos to this company!

I had the pleasure of working with Jason and Mark. These guys were able to educate me on all issues relating to my car and they stand by their work. I will forever use this company, as long as they are working. I didn’t feel like a “dumb female” and I believe them to be the most genuine guys I’ve worked with in the auto world.

As an ASE Certified Master Mechanic it is rare that seek out an automotive shop. Midas at 6003 North Antioch Road got me in quickly, took care of my vehicle and got me back on the road. And the other family vehicles since.

Noom and Billie were very helpful and provided friendly services. They both worked together to make sure I and my car were taken care of. Thank you! Will be returning!

Had the mother of all exhaust problems, clogged catalytic converter, and every step they did they called and informed me of everything. They made sure they could keep prices low, paid attention to other things that could be a problem and took initiative to solve and fix it. Best communication, best intrest of customers, and overall just amazing people. Definitely recommend others go here too.
