The manager here, Shawna, was the kindest and most helpful person. She took care of me when there was a mix up with a large order I had. She even handled my frustration with grace and kindness. I told her she’ll be getting a lot more of my business.

Excellent donuts and coffee! Grandkids love this place and the employees always treat them like royalty! Always clean and well kept facility an easy drive thru, if needed! Perfect for on the go and fresh donuts each and every visit! Fantastic!

Incredibly fast, friendly staff. I really wish they had a dunkin on the other side of 152, but I was absolutely impressed by the person who took my order and sat and explained differences between a few drinks for me. Bravo team!

First time going to Dunkin. Placed an online order, which worked great. Coffee tasted great. They didn't have what my husband ordered through the app, but they didn't hesitate to offer a refund or a substitution at no additional charge.

I went through the drive throw and they didn't have a full menu outside but they did tell me all they had so that was nice

I frequently visit the Liberty location and rarely have any order misses. The staff is always friendly and polite and they are usually never out of something I order. Definitely my favorite Dunkin'!

I went this early afternoon to the Dunkin off of 291. There was a miscommunication and a sandwich was missing. I went and let them know what happened and they took care of it immediately and gave me the sandwich and an order of hash browns for free for the wait. While I was expecting to pay for the sandwich, they surprise me with this. This location never ceases to amaze me with their customer service. Thank you!

On trip and did our order from thebohone app. Clean store and very friendly staff . Good place to stop for some drinks to go

The guys working the counter were super helpful. They provided great customer service, the store was fairly clean, and the food and coffee werr delicious for the price! Great place to get some good eats and relax leisurely on a Sunday!

I love this store. They are always super friendly and if I was that store's manager I would be super proud of them. I never have any complaints at all. They always get my coffee right. I've been to other stores and they dont even taste remotely like drinks at this location. I dont go anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work!!!!

Breakfast sandwichs were hot & fresh unlike other fast food restaurants, coffee with flavor hot & awesome as usual. Dunkin Donuts is better than the other coffee place & cheaper, which is a must goto. Staff at both D D i go to is friendly, courteous, & professional. That's why i travel past the other coffee place & out of my way to go to DD

Dunkin donuts here in liberty off 291 is hands down the best place to go. I go there just about every morning and they are always so friendly and nice.. they make my morning so bright each time I go. But this morning the gm Maggie went above and beyond, she gave me donuts for some of the staff at liberty hosptial to hopefully give a smile on their faces with all that is going on!!! I sure know it made me smile and I cant thank her enough!!!

They had all 3 dozen donuts I wanted for the crew at Geiger. Friendly and fast. Just like the Geiger crew. My small gesture of appreciation....and a big "THANK YOU" for your hard work.

every time my friend and i go to this location the same guy is working! we always talk about how great he is at his job! he is friendly and hard working, plus the coffee is spot on every time.

Absolutely love their iced coffee. Donuts and sandwiches are good too. The guy working at the Liberty, MO location was out of it and had to redo both of our orders. But I always stop at a Dunkin, if there is one close by.

I don't usually eat or drink here. But I saw it going to drink from this place and so far I'm enjoying every last bit of it. I'm going to start buying my food here!!

Yo only been here a few times but damnnn let's talk about the service! The employees are fast and efficient and are always in a positive mood. They really make your time worthwhile! Definitely recommend.
