I was completely BLOWN AWAY by how good this Philly was. Literally one of the best I’ve ever had, if not the best. The staff was very nice as well, they answered my questions and were very patient as I had three kids with me. The food was really really good.

I was surprised with how good the Philly was that I got. It was the only item on the menu that I tried, but it ended up being great.
I was a little confused, though, because I thought I was allowed to add toppings to it and entirely skipped that part.

i was absolutely gobsmacked by how wonderful my experience was today!! i have a lot of food allergies so eating at restaurants always makes me a bit anxious, but tawney and mike were genuinely wonderful and were super accommodating to my food allergies.

they were very friendly and chatty the whole time, always checked to make sure everything was being made properly according to my allergy restrictions, and the food tastes perfect too. seriously thank you so much, tawney and mike!! those two have been a bright spot in my week and they deserve raises! : )

Victoria was amazing! She had excellent customer service skills, and made me feel very welcome in the store. I will definitely be coming back. The food was incredible as well, you can see the areas where it is cooked, and it is pretty obvious that it is maintained well. In addition, I like that instead of having fries sit forever, they are made to order so they are fresh. Will definitely be coming back.

It was my first time eating here, but I'd heard good things. I ordered online and the process was a little annoying so when I picked it up and my order was wrong I was a little irritated. I went back expecting an argument, but the young man running the cash register helped me out. He was very pleasant and apologetic. He made sure my sandwich came out correct and fast. I wish I had caught his name but he was amazing. Good customer service is hard to find these days and he definitely kept my business.

Everyone working today at noon deserves a raise! The food was amazing and the staff had great customer service. From ordering to receiving our food was fast and efficient. It's such a refreshing feeling to go somewhere that still values customer service! It's so hard to find that now days.

I didn't order anything but rather was picking up a doordash order and just wanted to comment on how clean the store was and how friendly the staff was. The person behind the counter said their name was Victoria and double checked the order I was picking up and added something that would have otherwise been overlooked. It's nice to be able to say nice things about people in the service industry and Victoria proved that it's not so difficult, just was a very friendly and helpful encounter over all!!
Thank you Victoria for making an experience that typically isn't the most enjoyable be quite the opposite!

I give this place 4 stars because the Philly is great but a little salty with the firecracker seasoning. I returned and philly is great , grilled just right and no to salty this time. ;)

I had the most awesome customer service today with Tonni and Victoria! Quite friendly, happy, with a smile, greeted me and had a little conversation too! Food was just right! I love great service with a 😃 thank you and keep up the great work. I truly appreciated your enthusiasm. I even got a elbow bump!

All of the kids that were working were all very sweet and understanding so much that I handed 1 of them my phone because I wasn't sure what my aunt was asking for and he was just so professional and every 1 of them definitely deserve raises with the way they helped us all

Great food, staff were super nice. Way too hot in the dining room. Probably impossible to keep cool when it's 100 degrees outside!

Possibly the BEST cheesesteak I've had in the past 15 years EASILY.

Very fairly priced meals with big portions. Fresh cooked right there on the flat top in front of your eyes. It's like subway.. except better.

Love this place! Philly sandwich is great. First time eating here for my husband, and he said he would definitely be going back. He had one of their rice bowls.

First time here, and heard a lot of great things about this place. The staff was very friendly, highly energetic, and over all pretty great. The inside was very clean and well kept. The line was short when we go there and didn't take long to get our food. We tried the nacho fries which turned out pretty good.

Had a great meal. I didn't know I would like salsa on my cheese steak. Fries are awesome!

This location has improved since I first visited. The staff is very lively and seem to genuinely Care about your experience. The girl running the grill the last time I visited was very peppy and loved to banter with the guests. Good service, good food. The only improvement I'd ask for: serve Coke products, not Pepsi garbage.

I want to start off by saying this place is so good. I come here fairly frequently. Today, my roommate and I came in and ordered as per usual. A gentleman behind us mentioned that he was allergic to something and asked if they could clean a place off of the grill to make his Philly. Without even flinching, the one gentleman grabbed all of the utensils that weren’t currently being used by the other gentleman finishing up our sandwiches. He took them to the back and grabbed all new supplies, and then proceeded to get new and fresh water to clean it with. As the other gentleman put our sandwiches in their respective trays, he quickly turned his attention to scraping off the surface of the grill to rid it of the stray pieces of food, as well as the buildup of grease etc, they washed the grill, and asked the gentleman to step up to order. All of this took a series of a couple minutes, but it wasn’t that they could do it quickly. It was the fact that they did it at all, and did it without even thinking about it. Things like this remind me that there is still hope for our future. These guys seriously just made my night, and I will for sure be continuing to frequent this location. Cudos guys!

We haven’t been to the Liberty location in a very long time and found out when we arrived that it had closed. My husband was set on a steak sandwich so we decided to go to this one. I have determined that if the food is good and the place is clean, I do not really care about the friendliness of the staff. These guys are there to make your food and they do it well. Anyone who says it’s dry needs to be shown where the aus jus is over by the dressings and ketchup. This location is very clean and makes great food and the manager was super nice. We both ordered the Signature Steak which was huge and so good. Looking forward to returning!
