Crash Champions Collision Repair

They had excellent communication and were very helpful in fixing our vehicle. My wife got her vehicle run into at a stop sign by a KC city worker. Due to this, we had to pay out of pocket because the city of KC made everything very difficult.
Crash Champions was (thankfully) willing to work with us on the pricing some and were very helpful overall.
We did have a couple of delays in the repair of the vehicle, but they communicated why it was delayed and made sure to keep us in the loop the entire time.
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience here and are thankful for the staff.

I truly enjoy my car. It's a 2015 BMW 750Li and I'm always nervous about car shops and being taken advantage of. Not here. Crash Champions were professional, transparent, and timely in all the work that was done.

I hope I never have to use them again, but if needed, I won't hesitate! I will, without a doubt, recommend this shop to anyone looking for body repairs to their vehicle.

Great service, they take the time to answer questions, and they deliver on their promises when it comes to completion dates. I couldn’t ask for anything more. If USAA is will to send their customers to their locations you should know they are a reputable company.

My 2007 Kia Optima was no show-winner when I bought it, but when a tree fell on it, the windshield, roof, and other areas were badly mangled. Crash Champions gave me a FREE estimate, made the repairs in a timely fashion, and ended up completing the job for less than what was estimated. Now let's talk about the quality: absolutely phenomenal; they made my car look BETTER than before the incident! No visible paint mismatches or fish eye, just beautiful paint work. Looking at my car, if I hadn't already known about the damages, I would never guess that anything had happened! 11/10 I will definitely return for any future body/paint needs!

My Kia is better than it was. Bumper and hood damage has been repaired and my car was detailed and cleaned afterwards.

I should have posted this a long time ago. We have used this body shop many times in the past. Not so long ago. Justin was always aces for us and kept us informed all the time and explained everything in detail. I will never go to another body shop, as long as they are around. Thank you!

Precision did an excellent job with my Tundra. Ryan Dembkowski was my estimator and main contact through the entire process. Got sideswiped on I-35 and there was damage down the whole passenger side. New door, running boards and pulled out a crease in the side of the bed. Looks like brand new. Ryan did an excellent job updating me through the entire process and walked me through the insurance claim since it was the other guy’s insurance paying. Very smooth and painless process. Great work!
