Northgate Manufactured Home Community

I have watched this place go up and down. Our new manager Sherree is wonderful. Kind understanding hard working. Finally seeing a big change in the right direction for this place. Love loving here again. The maintenance guy Micheal is amazing as well. They actually care about this community.

Our home was the first sell of new homes by this new management company. Their were a few hick ups along the way but the office staff was great to deal with, answered all of our questions, and if they didn't know they found out and got back to us.

You can see that the management company is investing in the community with so many projects going on it is looking nice. Within a year or so they will have this community looking awesome.

Grace and Kellie are awesome. We have never owned a home let alone a mobile home before. And anytime I have a question about something they don't pass judgment but are very helpful. I appreciate their help and their hardwork to make the community that I and my family live in very nice.

Grace and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful. Grace answers all of my questions promptly and satisfactorily. She always greets me with a smile and upbeat, positive attitude and her outstanding customer service always makes my day just a little better.

I been performing work at this location for years, and I must say that Grace and Kelly in the office have transformed this place. It has new site utilities, new community play ground, and plenty more coming. Great location located close to all of KC north attractions!

Grace was amazing through our entire process of joining this park! From the first eating to the signing! She was patient and answered al questions without hesitation or complaints.

I love my new place! They are remodeling and starting fresh Love the girls in the office. I love my neighbors and having a small community of our own. I would suggest a home there for anyone looking for a safe community.

New management has really improved the park always new and exciting things happening a great place live new playground for kids. New management has really made living here a pleasant an safe place fer all. Hats off to management

This place is getting to be a nice and wonderful place.For the most part its a tight knit family structure..Management tough but fair..No reason to complain period..You do your part ..They do theirs..

The place had really been cleaned up! And three manager Grace is absolutely the best! So easy to work with.

Needs work on the roads other than that you have friendly people living here with a few trailers still for sale I think great little community I lived here all my life
